Honestly, the room is oddly arranged and the bathroom needs an upgrade. It’s not the Hilton, but it was very comfortable and less than AUD $30 per night, in a perfect location, with breakfast. Who can complain? I do think the rooms could be aired out a bit more regularly though.

The location of this homestay is excellent, there are many warungs around the accommodation, and you can watch the sunset at the end of the street (300m). The pool is divine, the room was clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. They arranged scooter hire and snorkelling boat for me. I enjoyed my 3 night stay here. Definitely needed the aircon as there is little ventilation and the fan doesn’t do much.

The pool was one of the best we have had in Bali. 6 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to dolphin tours is perfect.

The room felt quite outdated and even reminded me of an old World War II hospital room. As a suggestion, refreshing the wall paint could really brighten the space and make it feel more welcoming.

Overall I think the rooms are getting a bit rundown and need modernising. Internet was patchy - I kept getting notices on my laptop to say not enough bandwidth. Only one charging socket in the room and it's by the door at the end of the bed. The light switch for the main light is across the room by the bathroom, which is slightly inconvenient. But there is a smaller light by the bed. To anyone debating between AC and fan, I would suggest AC. I slept well at night once temperatures had dropped a bit, but during the day the room is quite hot and it's hard to cool down at all. The bathroom really needs a deep clean and I had to watch out for giant ants in the toilet bowl during the night.

It is family run, the location is excellent - very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The pool is very nice, set in pretty, well-tended gardens, although there are no umbrellas for shade. The breakfast was good value, the fridge in the room was useful and the bed was comfy.

the gardens the pool the location close to every thing. . felt more like a home stay than a hotel. the pool surrounds was perfect for early morning yoga and tai chi. easy walk to many cafes and coffee shops ( right in the middle of a restaurant street. Very quiet and peaceful.

The property is extremely well-located just two minutes from Lovina Beach. The staff were kind and very helpful with organising the dolphin sunrise boat trip. The breakfast was good, and the swimming pool sparkling clean and extremely pleasant in the heat! The room was very spacious and the air conditioning worked fantastically. Nice terrace with table and chairs too.

The fan room gets really hot...it is kinda hard to sleep. There was ants in the bathroom and the water of the pool has too much chlorine. Still I would come back but there is room for improvement

The beds were a bit hard. We booked aircon room and it was only a fan available so it was quite warm at night time especially. The breakfast was ok.

The location is good only short walk into ubud centre. The pool are is really nice.
