Limited options in neighbourhood for restaurants, money change etc. Requested to provide written feedback on departure and then received WhatsApp messages to write favourable online reviews. This detracts from a positive experience.

Perfect for a short stay to unwind and relax following an international flight. Quiet, comfortable rooms, very good buffet breakfast, refreshing plunge pool, well-appointed bathrooms.

Not their fault but traffic in Bali is awful and it takes ages to get from one place to the next .

The staff are so helpful friendly professional, property is small and intimate , we stayed in a 2 bedroom Villa which was lovely and perfect . We ate quite a bit at Madawa lounge and the food was really good .

Location - there isn't anything you can do with a walking distance, you need to use the driver services or rent a scooter (they help organise it all) Aircon - In one bedroom, the aircon was very loud.

Very comfortable villa with two bedrooms and a pool. Each has a private entry and a small kitchenette. The hotel staff was very helpful. We enjoyed all our meals in the restaurant - food was excellent and service even better. All services can be quickly organised: renting a scooter, getting a massage in the room.

Nothing really within walking distance so if you want to get "out and about" for shopping or beaches allow 15 to 30 minutes taxi ride, not really a bigger, we were happy with that.

Get villas with private pool (we booked a 2 bedroom villa for extra space). They have a really nice restaurant on-site which is good value for money. Spa treatments are also available in your villa which were great value for money.

Air conditioning could be more improved, especially since the rooms are spacious with high ceilings and large glass doors, making them quite warm during the day No fridge inside the rooms; only accessible outside The on-site restaurant does not meet expectations The location is somewhat distant from the beach and main attractions

I had a great stay with my family with two young kids, the staff were very attentive right from the start of our holiday. The restaurant was amazing with a good variety of food and drinks, we will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff for their amazing hospitality.

Overall was lovely staying there, but we did notice that it was a bit higher than other places with the 21% tax on everything purchased (spa treatments, food, drinks, etc). Made things a bit more pricey, but otherwise was a good experience.

I enjoyed having the buffet breakfast included in the price as it was delicious and the food/drink options would change each day which was nice to experience. The suite itself was a perfect little getaway for us girls and was very tidy. We loved swimming in the pool each day and enjoyed having the room service delivered (at no extra cost). All the staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful on site also.
