The sheets were not clean, or the stains were still there.Would be good to get them off. Don't worry, I had a huge bed so I slept on the side that looked cleaner.

The location was good, you could walk to the beach. The hotel was overall better than I expected.I'm not an experienced solo traveller, feeling a tad uncomfortable in SE Asia, mainly because I don't have any experiences from it. Have only travelled in Western countries. I loved the staff.They were so attentive in every possible way. I don't want to mention any names because they were all so nice. Keep on practising your English guys and talking to us tourists. Thanks for making me feel comfortable. Wish you all a happy life ❤️

The location of the hotel was good, only a short walk to the beach. The hotel was overall nicer than I expected. I was pretty nervous going there since I'm not that comfortable in SE Asian countries and not an experienced solo traveller. But the staff was no nice to that it sure helped in every possible way.From the transfer from the airport to the service at the hotel restaurant. Thank you all, you all deserve a huge thank you.

We had a great time, staff were amazing, very friendly. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. We’d definitely stay there again and would highly recommend. In a great area, on a quiet street with lots of restaurants in walking distance and 10 minutes walk to the beach.

The pool isn't very big therefore the sunbeds are taken pretty early. Our only gripe is they charge for a bucket of ice.....never experienced that before in 27 years of visiting Bali.

Well kept and exceptionally clean hotel. The rooms are very large and well appointed. Staff are always smiling and go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. The breakfast isn't huge but changes each day and always plentiful. Taksu is in a good area with lots of good restaurants and warungs nearby.

Ground floor rooms near pool to be avoided. Got a lovely room in 3 rd floor , light and airy with visible sky, stayed 5 nights.

Hard to get a sun lounger by the pool as people just claimed them with a towel and then were no where to be seen, I asked hotel reception about this and they said they had no one to monitor the pool area to stop this problem.

Location was ideal, walkable to many eateries and the beach plus the new shuttle service runs past the hotel. Staff were welcoming and a pleasure to meet. Bed was very comfortable.

Prices for food and drink at the hotel are higher than average, but the quality was excellent.

Very modern Hotel, comfortable and clean, with nice pool and internal spa. We stayed only one night and we booked last minute, but we got a large suite for a reasonable price. Breakfast is a buffet with several options and good quality food. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ night with live music and Balinese dancing.

The rails for getting into and out of the the pool was not very sturdy or secure. There were too few pool loungers next to pool when it got busy poolside .

The bedding was clean and the beds were good. I enjoyed the body wash in the shower. The breakfast was a good selection.

Unfortunately, you can hear the street and I recommend earplugs but only for the light sleepers:-)

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The pool is fantastic, large and perfect for those who enjoy long-distance swimming:-) There is also a basketball hoop and other water play equipment for children. The pool is surrounded by a multitude of beautiful plant what makes a great atmosphere. Breakfast is very good and varied with a variety of drinks and hot dishes. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Our first night we stayed in a room with a connecting door and were unlucky because the guests in the room were very loud at night. Thanks to the friendly staff we were able to change rooms the next day. The rooms are large and very well-appointed. I recommend a room with a balcony. In the evenings you can enjoy excellent live music at the bar several times a week. There are many restaurants near the hotel; shops and the beach are a short 15-minute walk away.
