Nice location, close to Kuta and to some surf spot, really quiet, quite cheap and friendly owners, its the place to go ! (you will probably extend your stay)

The hosts were very nice, helpful and super friendly. The place is situated in the quiet area of Kuta, next to Mandalika circuit. I had everything I needed. Good and comfy bed, and not noisy. The breakfast was lovely, and one can have tea and coffee all day

Great staff! Reliable and willing to help you. I wanted to stay just one night but ended up staying for 4 nights because of the nice vibes and environment. The location is also good, it is quiet and close to the center. Talim is amazing!

The shower pressure is quite bad. It should be improved because sometimes it's difficult to take a shower because of how little water comes out.

A great place with a very warm atmosphere. The family that runs it and all the neighbors and the rest of the staff are incredibly friendly and close. It's quite cheap and you get a private room, a private bathroom and breakfast. You can rent a scooter at a very low price and overall the place is very pleasant with the chicken ducks and monkeys roaming around. Very easy to get to Kuna and even book tours to distant places in Lombok. It's not a luxurious place, it's more of a local experience. Terima kasih from Anna Karen and Akira

A bit far away from the town centre if you don’t drive, 30 minutes on foot.

Comfortable, the family running it were so kind and accommodating and the banana pancakes in the morning were EXCELLENT!

The owner's kindness. They're very welcoming and relaxed. It's was easy and quick to rent a scooter from them. Breakfast is nice Very good value for price It's very good for a night or 2, out of kuta but quite central for surfing, you need a scooter to get around

We have a problem with the water in the bathroom but the owner helps us and give us a very quick solution.

The host was very nice, always willing to help and give you a smile to enjoy your stay. Good for the price, simple and cossy. You can rent motorbikes. Good location! Good pancakes for breakfast

Our room wasn’t available the first two nights so we were put into a twin room temporarily, in this room the toilet didn’t flush unless manually done which wasn’t ideal. Note the price you are paying, it isn’t going to be glamorous but it does the job! (And bring bug spray)

Ideal location with reasonably priced scooter hire. Staff were so so lovely! Breakfast was super yummy and there were facilities for tea and coffee all day, with hot water available to make a noodle pot for lunch too! The rooms were very basic but had what you needed

We felt at home. Spending a month in that place was incredible. The hosts are the best in Lombok, and they help you with everything. The place is in a very local part. The facilities are basic but enough to live in peace. We will come back again, as they are family. Thanks for everything! Marc y Sandra

The room was a little bit dark and a light bulb/ small led above the Mirror from the Sink would be perfect.

Talim and his wife Fatima are super friendly hosts. Fatima's pancakes are amazing 😍. The place is located a little bit outside of Kuta which makes it quiet. The overall vibe is super nice. They have a big parking lot for the motorbike. The rooms were quite basic but you don't need much if your plan is to explore and not stay in your room.

Everything is pretty run down, but 🤷🏻‍♀️

Good location, Talim was awesome. Helped us organize a last minute fishing trip, was a Godsend and helped us get our phone back from where we left it on Gili Air! Overall would recommend. It’s cheap so there’s no AC and it’s no Hilton but otherwise great!
