How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

bathroom smell a bit but ok
Pool is nice and not to far from kotacasablanca and other place was upgraded to suite so room was very nice living room is very big

Missing key lock and hanger loop in the toilet. My room was the second from the corner. The aisle was a bit dark. The lighting could definitely be improved for better safety and comfort.

Maybe the facilities decoration looks a little bit old though it established on 2017 and the sink a little moldy but it was acceptable as it doesn’t affect our stay much.
The receptionist was so kind and great, we win the guest of the month and the service was great! We had the biggest room, was having some complaint on previous room and they immediately escort us to the other room! The service from Kak Putri in Restaurant is soo great, very friendly, very kind, and caring towards the guest! Food was great. I made a feedback on my first day regarding the food that not warm enough and the next day the food is served hot! Something small but truly made our stay pleasant. Not to mention the security, and all the staffs truly amazing! Such a lovely service!!!!!

Lighting at the bedroom, as per other comments is very poor, they should put one more lamp or increase the watts of the existing. Safety box was not working, we informed to reception just after checking and recall the personnel twice more but to no avail, so not repaired when we leave.
Very nice pool, good breakfast near the pool area. Room is really big, with a nice design bathroom.

Gloomy, dark from outside, and also gloomy inside. Room lighting not enough. Not squeeky clean like other swissbel outside Jakarta, room floor a little bit dirty, and in my room (should be single bed), it actually twin bed pushed together, so the electrical plug placed in the middle of the conjoined beds.
Polite and helpful staff. Big room compared to others in Jakarta. Comfortable beddinng. Location near center of attraction (Epiwalk, Plaza Festival, Kota Kasablanca Mall)

the room is a bit too dark, they need to add more lights. we had the suite two bedrooms and there’s no proper lights and bedside lamps in the rooms.
the location is pretty ok, in the middle of Epicentrum/Kuningan area, but a bit isolated compare to other hotels/apartments in the area. The staff is nice and we can check in early.

It was dated, it wasn’t new & shiny like the photos depict-this did not affect our stay but for what we were paying we didn’t expect damp patches, torn wallpaper & door handles hanging off - obviously covid has played a massive part in having to cost save. Just pre warning others that if you want somewhere full of modern luxury this probably isn’t it but if you want a comfy bed & good breakfast then it’s fab
Breakfast was fab-lots of choice, good timeframe availability & lots cooked fresh to order Our suite had lots of space, good storage & was clean, fresh water delivered daily

hotel is recovering after pandemic, the gym was closed for example but they helped me find one nearby.
staff were fantastic, helping me find local sport facilities and places to visit. bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. nice drinks bar across the road

I reserved this hotel because i really loved they swimming pool so when i told this to Mr. Angga on the reception he was so amazing and they gave me a room with the view to the beautiful pool. I really appreciate Mr. Angga as he was so nice to change my room with the view for the pool. I really appreciate the staff in the hotel, as my travelling was for 2 months and always people that I met made me really happy.

One suggestion - Add few more vegetarian dishes in breakfast.
Value for money. Conveniently located. Polite and Courteous staff. At reception, smiling Mr. Angga always ready to help you out. Quick response to the room service calls. Maintained Cleanliness. My all stays henceforth will be here for sure.

Dirty and old Carpets In the corridors. Rooms are dated. Cigarette Smoke And other smells through the aircon. And the restaurant staff were hopeless and unorganised - cancelled dinner and went out to eat! Pool closes at 6pm !!!!!!
