Really enjoyed my stay here.😊 The place was super clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a quiet spot to relax and get some proper rest. They provided an iron when I asked, which was nice. Even though the weather was really hot 🥵 during my stay, I felt totally comfortable inside the room stayed nice and 🆒.😁 Only thing there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room, and I’m not sure if you can request one. Other than that, everything was great!🤗

New ZealandWorst nights sleep. Hotel allowed 50+ teenage high school graduates to have an unsupervised party at their hotel. Very noisy. Teenagers shouting, screaming, laughing, slamming doors until 11pm. Then restarted in the pool at 5 am. Rang reception to get them to take action but they did nothing.

United StatesI was originally given a room with a 'balcony' that looked out onto a roof and wall. I requested a move or upgrade and was given a room withe a view of the pool. Much nicer. The shower had quite a lot of black mold, and the hotel in general had a very musty, mold smell. I realize the location of the hotel in an extremely hot and humid environment makes it very difficult to prevent these circumstances, but there are products to reduce mold, which can be quite harmful to one's health. I also did not think the food was very good compared to other four and five star hotels I've stayed in in Indonesia. It was certainly over-priced and sometimes service was very slow.
I liked the pool even if I did not use it. Very lovely. I also liked the coffee bar, laundry service, and helpful staff.

United KingdomThe staff at the bar is a little bit inefficient in our opinion. It takes time for them to come to us and asked for the order. Then the order also took a little longer than normal. For example, we had to wait around 20 minutes for a coffee latte. It happened often. The housekeeping staff also needs improvement. We had to call every day to ask for the same things for the room because they do not replace the things as they should be. Then, one day, we were out in the morning and returned to the hotel at 3 pm for rest, but our room had not been cleaned by the housekeeping. We had to ask two times for that and until we left at 5 pm, the room was still untouched for cleaning. The last one, we experienced twice could not get into our room just because of door battery needed to be replaced. It happened the previous day and made us wait for about 15 mins for the staff to fix it. Then the next day, it made us wait for more than half an hour. It was very inconvenient.
Most of the staff are friendly and willing to help. Nice live music performance on the ground floor which is entertaining while we sat and enjoyed our drinks. Easy to park the car and also easy for using the valet service.
