Like many hotels, a more consistent pleasant scent throughout the property would enhance the overall experience.

Despite its age, the hotel is wonderfully well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. It's also conveniently situated, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive.

we stayed in a different room last time, but this time it was a different room. the room feels so empty, there are cracks on the wall, floor, lumps on the carpet. We tried not to change the towel too often, but when we change, the smell of the new towel didn't smell fresh. We stayed at the 18th floor, the whole floor feels not properly taken care off, maybe due to some reason. The breakfast is ok, not sure we could get something better within this budget but it could be better.

we stayed here with our family last year, we had a good time. so this time of year we stayed at the same hotel. it's within our budget, centre of the city, really easy to go around from this area.

We have to call 4 times to get the towel in three rooms that we have reserved. We have checked in the hotel by around 5 pm unfortunately there were no towel inside 3 rooms that we have booked. And the towel just coming after 4 times my husband calling .. please improve those service .

Towels are fraying on edges. They’re still functional, but give you a feeling of past glory. We were here five years ago, and were impressed by the breakfast. That’s no longer the case, except for weekend.

Location very convenient. Breakfast very good on weekends, where they have -I think- breakfast deal (it’s very full), not so much on week days. Staff very friendly and helpful. But best is the beds!

Maybe the coffee espresso machine and the bean can be improve.

I am sure this hotel is doing a better job than many other. Keep it up. The Nasi Gorang is just so nice. I like the reservation card for the first breakfast, Cool.

When we arrive, the hotel was a bit busy, since it was long weekend. but upon check in, even tho the line was a bit long, they managed to perform a quick and smooth check in. It was around 2.15 pm/ I did call to informed them that I was on the way to hotel and request 1 extra bed for my kid. I did not expect the room would be ready when I arrived (except for the extra bed request- no problem). Upon entering our room (connecting room, exactly as I requested) we found a greeting card and a slice of choc cake (which was delicious). Fortunately I was chosen as a guest of the day :) wow! ( Our Deluxe room has ironing board inside) The next day we have our table set for the breakfast, the restaurant was quite full, so to have a table set really made our day! Also would like to add, the location is very good, next to hotel, there's a good coffee shop, nice place. and right in front of the hotel, there's a Soto shop, also nearby to Lasagna Gulung, Macaroni Schotel, Apple Pie, Kedai Kita (Bogor's special culinary) . Overall, it was very nice to stay at your hotel! We surely come back again. Thanks again!
