The staff is friendly and even upgraded us when we arrived. My parents had joined us spontaneously and they were able to put all of our rooms on the same floor. Location is perfect for exploring the city.

Carpet should be steam-cleaned in the room and corridors. Our mattress dipped in the middle. The Sky Bar had great views but ridiculous prices.

An oasis in the city. The lobby was a good place to meet and chat. A really well managed hotel. Rooms were comfortable with great views from two expansive glass windows. Bathroom was well set up. Breakfast offerings were varied, catered for all tastes. Dining room was cosy and a great place to chat and linger, with great service. Staff were kind and helpful. Great location: on a beautiful leafy street in Ambon close to great restaurants, the cathedral and parks.

The rooms are a little bit "tired".

The staff is super. We had a miscommunication issue, but they fixed it very well.

We were unfortunately given a room that was scaffolded up that side, creating an annoying visual barrier to our view, which was the mountains to the north and the bay to the east. As the hotel was not full, it is unclear why the hotel chose to place us on that side, with workman scrambling around on the scaffolding outside of our window. It was a minor annoyance.

The bed and shower were both great. Bed 10/10 and shower 9/10. The room was spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was ok, with an egg-preparing station and toaster with a nice supply of breads. The location of the hotel was pretty central and on a quiet street. Ambon itself is not what I would call a beautiful city, more like a mini version of Colombo, mixed with Manila and Jakarta. If you have been to those places, you will know what I am saying. The waterfront market in the early morning was quite active and should not be missed.

Hotel airport transfer, arranged by the hotel. Expensive (300k Rp compared to 200k Rp with Grab.incl tip!) Poor driver and no air con in car.

The bathroom door needs new lock as I got locked from the outside.

Comfortable and cleanliness of the bed. The staff were helpful an attended to your request almost immediately. I've also for an early check-in & late check-out and was ready to pay any additional charges. To my surprised they did not charge me for my request and extended the early check-n & late check-out free of charge. There is also a bathtub in the shower which was not expected at all.

The smart TV was not able to get connected to Netflix or YouTube or other online content so much so that you are only rewarded with local Indonesian TV. It will be hard for a non native speaking to watch only local production. The touch panel in the lift is not so responsive to the key card so much so that you need to re-try few times before it finally work.

The location is conveniently located in the middle of Ambon so it's easy to get around anywhere. The mattress is comfortable so as the pillow. There is a small gym located on the 1st floor of the hotel for your to work-out.

Bread at breakfast was days old and rock hard. Food in rooftop was average though the smoothies were nice.

Best hotel in Ambon. Super friendly staff especially at front desk, nice rooftop bar, plenty of breakfast choices, big room and ok gym facilities quiet and away off the busy streets. Good value massages
