Unfortunately, our shower didn't work that well. The beds could be more comfortable.

The location is great for catching an early flight. The free airport shuttle is a big plus. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is super helpful.

However, it can be disturbing if you have noisy neighbors in the adjacent rooms who act as if they’re alone, since the soundproofing is not exactly top-notch.

The restaurant and the food have significant opportunities for improvement. This was the only thing we didn't like.

We spent one night here, as it is located a short distance from the airport. We booked an executive room and we were lucky enough to get one far from the main road, meaning it was silent at night. The staff is polite and our room was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient and we overall had a positive experience.

Pool loses the sun early in the afternoon.

This hotel is fantastic value for money. Very conveniently located near the Airport and feels quite luxurious. Lovely pool, nice wee gym with enough equipment for a good workout. The food in the restaurant was good too and staff were all super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is not at a convinient walking distance from the airport. A car transfer is needed, especially if you arrive at night and it has to be paid extra and the price is relatively not cheap. The room had no exterior window but only interior, to a corridor where the lights are always turned on, so not especially good for sleeping.

The staff has been really helpful, also providing information and contacts to organize excursions and transfers.

Shower in one of the rooms was a bit dodgy, one of the kettles didn’t work, but overall very positive experience.

We waited over 40 minutes for a pancake at breakfast. It was crazy and even the management couldn’t work out what was going on. Needless to say we had a coffee, some watermelon and departed as we had a flight to catch. A real shame as pancakes are so simple.

The shower recess wasn’t deep enough and the dividing panel not wide enough so water sprayed onto the floor of the already compact bathroom floor.

The property was well located as we were travelling on the following day. The breakfast was more than sufficient and, as we were travelling to Sumbawa that day, sustained us until dinner. I spent a short time in the gym whilst my husband had a swim in the pool. We were happy with the value for money.

There is not much to do around; I’d only recommend it in connection with the Lombok airport proximity.

Very convenient for catching an early morning flight. Staff helpful, free shuttle only on specific hours or outside if driver available (I had to pay, but still worth it, it’s very close to the airport).

The food in the restaurant was really bad.

I loved the staff! Everyone was so super helpful. They helped me get a taxi from Bangsal to the hotel. They helped with my luggage into the room. They helped organize a taxi to the airport. Wow. So friendly. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. There was a free water dispenser on the hall way.
