Recensione verificataBellissima struttura immersa nel verde con bellissimo parco con piscine e statue sembra di essere all'interno di un tempio. Personale gentilissimo e ottimo ristorante con piatti che si potrebbero tranquillamente definire gourmet. Camere belle e spaziose con tutti i comfort e anche con frutta e cioccolattini home made forniti tutti i giorni.
se devo proprio trovare un difetto è nelle porzioni dei piatti del ristorante che per un adolescente come mio figlio, la quantità era davvero un pò poco.

Recensione verificataVicino al centro di ubud e immersa nel verde. Lo staff estremamente gentile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo fatto un massaggio di coppia favoloso e anche la cena romantica è stata stupenda, in mezzo al verde con buon cibo e eleganza. Mi hanno regalato anche un mazzo di fiori. Al mattino ci siamo alzati molto presto per partire e ci hanno fatto trovare la breakfast box.
Il costo della cena romantica è un po' alto per gli standard di Bali ma era la nostra luna di miele e abbiamo voluto provare. La camera molto semplice ma confortevole, lenzuola un po' macchiate ma più o meno in tutte le strutture abbiamo notato sia cosi.

Recensione verificataBellissima struttura con bellissimo parco con tanto di risaia. Personale gentilissimo e ottimi ristoranti sia per la colazione che per la cena.
Forse un po’ distante dal centro di ubud, anche se pochi km in taxi ci possono volere fino a 45 min visto traffico. Però la struttura bellissima e quindi ne vale la pena.

La struttura (almeno dove eravamo noi) è vecchia. Il letto scricchiolava e per due volte non abbiamo avuto l’acqua calda e ho dovuto chiamare lo staff. Il disservizio è stato GRAVE e per due sere di fila, considerando il prezzo dell’hotel. In più non abbiamo ricevuto neanche una scusa formale. La colazione non è niente di che. Siamo rimasti delusi considerando le votazioni della struttura. Ci sono alberghi molto più belli per lo stesso prezzo in zona. Inoltre, quando causi un disservizio, devi compensare con i clienti.

Recensione verificataL'hotel è ricca di vegetazione super curata e pulita. Lo staff è molto cordiale e accogliente. La camera è molto ampia fornita di aria condizionata. Il letto matrimoniale super comodo con diversi cuscini a disposizione. Frutta fresca fornita in camera e ogni giorno 4 praline al cioccolato inclusi. Colazione alla carta con yogurt, pancake e tanto altro. Ristorante ottimo.

Recensione verificataLa nostra vacanza in Indonesia è iniziata in questa meravigliosa struttura, un angolo di relax. Anche se è un 4 stelle, potrebbe tranquillamente averne 5: staff competente e super disponibile e gentile, tutto sempre pulitissimo e ordinato con tanti confort in più di quello che ci aspettavamo. Abbiamo anche mangiato diverse volte al ristorante dell' hotel che offre piatti tipici con materie prime ottime, presentazioni gourmet e accostamenti originali assolutamente deliziosi! Infine consigliato anche il servizio Spa per una coccola personale, massaggio da 60 Min super!
Era tutto davvero perfetto. Se proprio dovessi trovare un piccolo suggerimento, personalmente avrei preferito trovare un phon in camera per asciugare i capelli, ma nulla di così indispensabile.

Visto il traffico e la conseguente scomodità nel raggiungere il centro, la posizione non è comodissima. La struttura ha però delle navette fruibili per raggiungere il Centro, il che è apprezzabile.

Recensione verificataStruttura molto curata e pulitissima,colazione ottima,staff gentilissimo. Non vicinissima al centro,ma facilmente raggiungibile con il servizio navetta messo a disposizione dall'hotel. Spa all'interno dell'hotel che non abbiamo provato ma bellissima e con ottimi prezzi. Accanto all'hotel ristorante balinese buonissimo ed economico.
