Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We loved our stay here. This is our 3rd time staying at Svarga Bebek Villas. The rooms are spacious, clean and very luxurious. The staff are very friendly and attentive. It is such a relaxing environment and a beautiful sanctuary to come back to every evening.

We were also given a different room than the one shown on Booking.com. The ceiling wasn’t flat, which allowed lizards to enter frequently. Despite these issues, it was still a nice place to stay.

AustraliaOnly 4 kilometres from Ubud central but unless you have transportation, it can be a long walk, although they do provide a shuttle service to and from Ubud central 3 times each day
Perfectly manicured gardens with very professional and courteous staff. Villas are beautifully decorated and serviced daily. The 2 restaurants on site have high quality food. Breakfast is complementary. The rice field in the middle of the resort just adds to the resort tranquility!You cannot be disappointed with the quality of service and standard of the villas.

Everything was perfect. The staff was wonderful, always present to help. My room was very comfortable, with a lot of attention to detail. As concerns toileteries ,toothbrush and toothpaste were provided on top of the usual. The gardens are absolutely amazing creating a unique serene atmosphere. As concerns the restaurant, the chef was wonderful with his refined cuisine.

United KingdomWould have preferred if the shower had a guard to prevent water spilling out and slightly better water pressure. Portions at breakfast variable - some dishes were tiny and others very generous, so difficult to guess what to order.
Staff so friendly and helpful. Really lovely, thoughtful touches, such as a large bowl of fruit and welcome drink, truffles with turndown every evening, complimentary insect repellent spray, plug-in, and balcony repellent coil. Comfortable, large bed, and plenty of storage. Nice, fluffy towels. The property is beautifully decorated and surrounded by nature. Two great restaurants to choose from - Orchid Duck on site and Bebek Tepi Sawah right next door.

The staff was super friendly ans helpful. There is a shuttle to the City center / monkey Forest and back. The breakfast was super nice,you could choose between different sweet and salty options. The hotel / hotel restaurant is not cheap, but the food quality speaks for itself. We got daily fresh drinking water and they provided a mosquito spray

Beautiful tranquil resort. Very quiet and amazing staff and service. 2 small pools to choose from. Plentiful breakfast options - small serves but if you are hungry, just order more (as there is no limit). Lovely afternoon tea. My room was an excellent size, well appointed with a gorgeous open air bathroom and a delightful private balcony.

NetherlandsThe hotel is a little oasis in Ubud, with gorgeous lush greenery, rice paddies, orchids. The staff go beond to make you happy. We were welcomed with a bouqet of flowers, fruit. Every day we got new box of truffle chocolates. The breakfast is a la carte, but with lots pf choices and you can order as many as you want. Afternoon tea is a nice touch with sweet and savory delights. There are 2 restaurants in the premises, both delicious. We enjoyed our stay a lot and highly recommend it to others

Villas were private, well designed & soacious. The breakfast was great as well as the Japanese restaurant (Orchid Duck) food was great. The pools were clean & allowed privacy at most times. The balinese massage at the spa was excellent. Ms. Agung from the front office was excellent 👍
