Wonderful accomodation with an amazing staff. Whenever we had questions or needed to rent a scooter, nothing was too much to ask for. Everyone was friendly and kind. The villa itself was also vert clean and good! The kitchen was very handy as well to keep your water cool. 100% would recommend! One big advantage: they have a partnership with Xeno Lombok Gym/CrossFit, very very handy and nice!

Lovely decor, nice clean feel. Good to have filtered water on tap in the room too. Staff were very friendly and it felt very safe. Pool was nice and clean.

I love the furnitures, all are premium wood! I love the water dispenser - it’s working and dispense all temperatures of water. I love the kitchen utensils - it’s working and comes in complete set and the quality is so premium! So beautiful too. I love the swimming pool - it’s really good having a mini pool when my kid wants to swim but we’re not heading to the beach. The pool was clean and have proper pool system. I like the staffs. All greet you in a friendly manner whenever they see u. I like the online check in process too. When we got there 9pm at night we were already so tired, we literally just walk in and the staff lead us straight to the room without needing any documentation process.

If can have a coffee machine that will complete the whole awesomeness. Hotel does provide coffee sachets but I didn’t get to replenish it during my stay . But it’s okay I think it was becoz it’s out of reception hour when I needed that coffee. Water heater need a little time to heat up, just a little patient needed.

Good location, just around the corner from the main street, albeit the property is quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful at all times. They helped me sorting the scooter rental. The property and pool are clean and comfortable. They provide fresh water supply which is a nice perk.

The room and the overall property are quite small compact. It is in the shade too, so wet clothing don’t dry that well.

Room was perfect, all the amenities you could need (loved the filtered water dispenser and fridge!!!) Staff were lovely, felt very safe staying there. Good location central to Kuta but tucked away in a quieter street. The rooms look exactly like the photos

Site says on-site parking, and when we arrived, we could not park our car. The lady told us its only for motorbikes, they they should say so! We did not even stay here, and lost our money. The area was disgusting; building sites and rubbish all around. we just left.

Kitchen great. Water in the room. Daily cleaning service. Firm bed and clean linen.minor maintenance issues resolved quickly.

Pool area awkward. Exposed to the road and security guards tend to use the two lounge chairs through the day and night. Ok for quick dip but not the hotel if you want to laze by the pool. Areas close to each room not ideal for sitting either. Room windows and doors did not seal properly so mosquitos in the room.

Great accomodation, directly in Kuta with the main road in walking distance. Very clean room, nice cooking area with good equipment and a water dispenser. The staff was always helpful and friendly and we could rent scooters directly there.

A second chair would be good to eat.

Central location. Fridge and cooker in room with water dispenser. Large room with fan, air con, smart tv. Comfy bed. Staff are very good

Water pressure was very poor. Didn’t seem to have hot water in shower for the 3 nights i was there. Mosquito net should be placed on bathroom window. Access road although not there responsibility is quite poor and dark at night. Rising dampness in rooms on walls

Perfect location and close to great places to eat and far enough from the Main Street so it was nice quiet

All required amenities were available. The room is clean, pretty and it feels good to stay in. The location is not too far from the center which could be reached without scooter. Staff is kind and helpful.

The pool is small and exposed to the street which doesn't feel intimate (not a big issue tho, didn't need to use it!)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Susurro Villas, a great property located close to the main street. Ari was fabulous, and assisted us with his local knowledge of Kuta! Great value for money, would certainly stay here again.

Very nice accomondation, very clean and quite central. Employees were very engaged!

Rooms are absolutely amazing and super relaxed, great Wifi and just few minutes walking distance to the main street with all the restaurants.

It’s not a negative thing but you do hear the mosque that is near by early in the morning if you are a light sleeper like me.

Off the main road so the quietness of the area is a fantastic for a relaxing time. Ari at reception was very helpful with all of our questions, scooter hire and surf recommendations :)
