Lovely decor, nice clean feel. Good to have filtered water on tap in the room too. Staff were very friendly and it felt very safe. Pool was nice and clean.

If can have a coffee machine that will complete the whole awesomeness. Hotel does provide coffee sachets but I didn’t get to replenish it during my stay . But it’s okay I think it was becoz it’s out of reception hour when I needed that coffee. Water heater need a little time to heat up, just a little patient needed.

I love the furnitures, all are premium wood! I love the water dispenser - it’s working and dispense all temperatures of water. I love the kitchen utensils - it’s working and comes in complete set and the quality is so premium! So beautiful too. I love the swimming pool - it’s really good having a mini pool when my kid wants to swim but we’re not heading to the beach. The pool was clean and have proper pool system. I like the staffs. All greet you in a friendly manner whenever they see u. I like the online check in process too. When we got there 9pm at night we were already so tired, we literally just walk in and the staff lead us straight to the room without needing any documentation process.

The room and the overall property are quite small compact. It is in the shade too, so wet clothing don’t dry that well.

Good location, just around the corner from the main street, albeit the property is quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful at all times. They helped me sorting the scooter rental. The property and pool are clean and comfortable. They provide fresh water supply which is a nice perk.

Room was perfect, all the amenities you could need (loved the filtered water dispenser and fridge!!!) Staff were lovely, felt very safe staying there. Good location central to Kuta but tucked away in a quieter street. The rooms look exactly like the photos

A second chair would be good to eat.

Great accomodation, directly in Kuta with the main road in walking distance. Very clean room, nice cooking area with good equipment and a water dispenser. The staff was always helpful and friendly and we could rent scooters directly there.

The pool is small and exposed to the street which doesn't feel intimate (not a big issue tho, didn't need to use it!)

All required amenities were available. The room is clean, pretty and it feels good to stay in. The location is not too far from the center which could be reached without scooter. Staff is kind and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Susurro Villas, a great property located close to the main street. Ari was fabulous, and assisted us with his local knowledge of Kuta! Great value for money, would certainly stay here again.

For the last night, we stayed in one of the two „pool view“ units. The pool is tiny and directly in front of reception, so it felt more like a downgrade compared to the other units. When it’s raining, the villas are a bit difficult to reach (muddy side roads)

Great and modern villas with everything we needed. The staff, especially Ari, was amazing and helped us with some good tips and very easy scooter rental.

It’s not a negative thing but you do hear the mosque that is near by early in the morning if you are a light sleeper like me.

Rooms are absolutely amazing and super relaxed, great Wifi and just few minutes walking distance to the main street with all the restaurants.

The pool area is small and not so much sun.

Clean, nice room with all you need, water in the room (so nice!!!), and air con 😍 very short walk to the Main Street in Kuta.

Even if on the map it looks like the main road is close by, the distances in Kuta are bigger than I expected. To get to the properly there are muddy (rainy season) and in the evening dark roads without street lights. As a solo female traveler I felt uncomfortable about it. You need to rent a scooter which is available at the property so you will be fine.

The room was the best room I stayed in my 1 month time in Indonesia. Tv, netflix, kitchen, comfy bed, clean bathroom etc. Absolutely perfect!

The roasters in the morning sometimes and the sounds from the Mosque are quite noticeable but we stayed during Ramadan and this is pretty much everywhere. After a while we got used to it.

My room had been recently decorated so it still had a very slight paint smell Room isnt very noise proof (got woken up by neighbours) But overall these were not big issues at all. We loved our stay.
