It would be nice to have a clothes rack to hang clothes inside the room but wasn't a biggy as there's plenty of storage/shelving space.

Great place and good price. Big shared kitchen with all cooking and dining equipment. Own fridge space per room, with beers constantly stocked that were 25000idr each (you can take them anytime and pay at the end) Decent bathroom and nice bed. Plenty of shelves in room to put gear. The host was awesome too and really helpful and responsive most of the time. Nice pool and communal areas. Surfboard racks. Stayed here for a month.

For a surfer, the location is very good and next to the main road. Its quiet, can't here traffic. Good parking space and racks to leave surfboards. Room was clean and comfy.

Maybe a bit too far from the most touristy areas if you want to move around, but that wasn’t an issue for us.

It’s a good room either way private bathroom. Very quiet and very easy progress for check in. The beers in the fridge were great and paying at the end. Love the simplicity of their system for everything.

An excellent place to stay! Our room was really clean and the bathroom was pretty clean as well. There was a little dirt/mould in the corners and crevices but this is very minor. Bonus: The shower was separated by a wall so the bathroom was not drenched after we took a shower. There's hot water in the shower. The villa had an open shared kitchen accessible at any time of the day and had everything (tea & coffee, a water dispenser, a blender, coffee machine, pots and pans) which made it feel like home. Scooter rental was available on the property which made everything very convenient as it was little far (26mins) to get to Uluwatu. Vinnie was super a host, and we'll stay here again.

I liked everything.

The place is beautiful, well located but you better rent a bike so you can move with freedom. The manager is very friendly and helpful, he helped us with everything we needed. The pool is amazing and there is a nice vibe all over the place. The kitchen had always free coffee and water and some beers availables that you can pay for.

Not something we wouldn't like, just FYI count with using a scooter to reach bigger grocery stores, beach, etc, like everywhere on Bali :)

Surf Bali villa is located in center of Ungansan in very quiet area. There is small supermaret and warung Smile in walking distance from the villa. They have nice clean pool and very convnient outside seating areas. Rooms are equipped with own bathroom and really comfy beds. Thumbs up for Wifi, we spent couple of days working remotely and the connection was great. Beach is just few minutes by scooter, famous Uluwatu temple 15 minutes, nice cafes and restaurants within 3 min's. We really enjoyed the area and what it had to offer :)

This property is not beachfront at all. The nearest beach (Green bowl) is a 30 minute walk. You need transport to stay here. Dogs bark relentlessly throughout the day and night. There is a connecting door in the room and although it's locked it's not soundproof at all so you can hear your neighbours brushing their teeth, talking and waking you up at 3 or 4 am when they get in. Bedding and towels not very fresh and clean. Quite expensive for what it is.

The property is well maintained. The pool and communal kitchen were clean. The bedroom was clean but the bedding and towels smelt sweaty and damp. Although the owners are not onsite they are quick to resolve any issues.

Dirtiest place i ever stayed at. Our feet became black after walking in the apartment for 10 minutes, floor was extremely dirty. Dirt everywhere, couldn’t sit on the sofa, looks like a dog slept there for a month.

Location was far away from town, check in is not a simple as would have liked. No staff on arrival for checkin at 4pm. Not close to beach.

Bedroom was next to pool, pool clean and nice, relaxing very quiet. Friendly host.

There was no closet. It was hard to find. Difficult to get a grab driver or delivery. Bathrooms weren’t stocked with hand soap and toilet tissue. Bed was noisy. Hosts closed the gate at sunset. The description did not say that the bathroom was not in the room and far away from living quarters. I was miserable the whole time I was there. The place is non existent on a map for drivers. You need transportation to be here and it’s 25 minutes to Uluwatu. No lightning at night to go down the steps to get to the bathroom. I tripped over my neighbors sandals every night. The AC blew warm air even on 17c. The title of this property is misleading. It’s not a villa, it’s a room.
