AustraliaInaccessible & few power points made it very difficult to charge our phones….. Evening meal with French fries were cold, were inedible!!! Chicken was hot, but French fries seemed to.have been cooked first then left sitting for half an hour….!!! No basic black tea at breakfast…. Coffee was lukewarm - tepid - no jam with toast - poor breakfast experience!! Breakfast looked excellent for local visitors, but very poor for international travellers!!!!

Netherlands- The airco in the hotel was só low, that we felt cold all the time in our room, even though we had put off our roomairco completely! - I had to pay 25% more for the same (type of) room and facilities than one month ago! Then it was high season (before christmas) and now low season with only a few guests. How can that be explained?
