How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Verified reviewHad an unforgettable stay here, very friendly and helfpful staff, very clean and the swimming pool is great. Rooms are also big and the bed is super comfortable. Location is 15 min drive from everywhere in a quiet area, you would think this is negative but for us it was a big plus :) thanks Andri and team for the hospitality and amazing service.
Wish we could stay longer :(

Verified reviewThis hotel is perfectly located in Uluwatu, close to the best beach clubs and other attractions. Especially convenient if you plan to go to Savaya, you can reach it on foot. The personnel was extremely kind and hospitable! Very quiet and relaxing stay. That was my husband's birhtday weekend and it was perfect. A special thank you for the cake!
The breakfast is quite simple, but there are many nice cafes nearby.

The room was clean, cozy, tastefully decorated, and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The bed linen was fresh, and the bed itself very comfortable. A special thanks to Mr. Andrew — you can truly feel the care and attention given to the guests. If I ever return to this area, I will definitely stay here again. Verified reviewWe had such a wonderful time here and felt so comfortable. The whole team is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and very clean just like the pool, where you can relax after a warm day. Andri, the manager, is incredibly kind and always makes sure everything is perfect for the guests. His warm welcome made us feel truly at home. We also are in love with the two friendly dogs, Covid and Cinta who made our stay even more special. This was already our second stay here and we know it won’t be the last. 🌸🫶🏻

Verified reviewThe rooms are very clean, well equiped for a very confortable stay with enough privacy as the property is quite big. The staff is very kind and ready to be of help. It is an ideal place to disconnect and relax. There are several beaches reacheable 10-15 min by bike!
I love walking to stores which is not really duable staying here. For those who don’t like walking no worries as there is nothing that gojek/ grab cannot provide within few minutes.

Verified reviewWe had a wonderful stay. The photos on Booking are representative of the property. We stayed here during our anniversarytrip, and the staff organized a sweet surprise for us, which made our trip even more special. The bed is great and it's good shower. There is a nice swimming pool, and the rooftop area provides great views of the ocean. The staff were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Additionally, there's a fantastic spa just a 3-minute walk away, where we enjoyed relaxing massages. One important thing to keep in mind is that there is no sidewalk, so walking along the street isn’t ideal. Also, there aren’t many dining options within walking distance, so you'll likely need a scooter or to use Grab/taxi services to get around. But totally fine for us.

Verified reviewThe property is just 5 minutes from the main road — perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle of Uluwatu, yet still very accessible if you hire a bike. While they don’t offer bike rentals directly, the staff are happy to assist in arranging one. Our stay was very relaxing. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean — a perfect retreat!
The only downside was that the air conditioner struggled to cool the room properly — it might need re-gassing or perhaps a more powerful unit to suit the room size.

Verified reviewWe had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome — everyone was kind, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to the manager, Andri, who went above and beyond to support us with everything, including helping us rent a scooter and giving us great recommendations on what to do in the area. The hotel itself is amazing: the room was very comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped. The pool is fantastic — perfect for relaxing — and all the facilities are very well maintained, showing the care and attention of the staff. The location is also excellent, just a short distance from the famous Savaya Resort, which makes it easy to enjoy the nightlife and natural beauty of the area. We will definitely return! We have only positive things to say and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this part of Bali.

I arrived with a Bali belly and was traveling alone but the hotel manager/ receptionist took such great care of me without me even asking. He truly did everything to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, offering help without expecting anything in return. I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for all his support. I was still able to really enjoy my time in Uluwatu, and I’ll definitely be coming back

Verified reviewFrom start to finish, our stay here was perfect! Andri (the manager) was so friendly and helped us hire our scooter as soon as we checked in. He was always giving great recommendations which we followed and made sure we were always happy with our stay. The location of this villa is great, as it’s in the centre of everywhere you need to go, the comfort and facilities in the room were 10/10 and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. Would definitely recommend coming here and we would love to return in the future. We also loved their very friendly dogs, one named Coffee who loved her belly rubs. Thanks for everything.
