The property has no issues, however the beach it is located near is badly in need of a deep clean and tidy which is a shame given the quality of the villa. We had to go to other beaches to relax. We think however this is due to a few bad storms and hope it can be cleaned and reinstated.

Noah’s villa is amazing! Large, beautifully decorated and equipped and luxurious. The pool area is beautiful and the bedrooms are lovely.

In so far as Sunset Palms Beach Villa itself is concerned.... nothing.

Myself, wife and two grown up daughters spent a week over christmas 2024 at this villa. The pictures on booking.com are accurate. The accommodation is very spacious and has some lovely features such as the indoor waterfall. My highest rating is well deserved primary due to the exceptional service. The principal host, Noah, although we never met in person, was extremely helpful and accessible by whatsapp. The staff we met were fantastic. The villa was cleaned every day and there was a change of towels. A complimentary laundry service is also provided. Whilst there we had a floating breakfast and evening meal at the villa, arranged by Noah. The floating breakfast was rained off, so we had it indoors instead (on christmas day). Personally speaking I probably enjoyed that more than the floating breakfast experience. These meals do come at additional cost though. Overall, our christmas was very special and we thank Noah and the team for making it so. .

While it is an extremely quiet and peaceful area, the variety of restaurants nearby isn't great, which isn't a big deal since Grab is really easy in Bali, but do manage your expectations for amenities within walking distance when staying here.

We had an amazing stay at Sunset Palms Beach Villa. From the moment we arrived, Noah and his team took great care of us and ensured that we had everything we needed for our stay. For example, when the cot provided for our little one was not up to standard (smelled moldy), Noah and his team immediately rented one from somewhere to make up for it. Noah was also always contactable in case you needed anything during your stay. The villa was also extremely well-appointed and clean, and the facilities were simply luxurious.

The house is dreamy—it's even better than the photos! It’s very close to the airport and just a 2-minute walk to the beach. My friends and I had a wonderful two-night stay. Noah and his staff were incredibly nice and helpful, responding quickly to messages and taking care of any needs right away. Highly recommend!

Is a beautiful place to stay. We wish we had booked more nights here. Noah is a great liaison and you will never be left in the dark. Response is very quick, and beyond helpful. I had missed my flight but Noah was accommodating without hesitation. I arrived 2 hours later than expected but none the less Noah was on point. Highly recommend the floating breakfast, the chefs are amazing and so much fun

The property was beautiful and much bigger than expected! It is in a very quiet, peaceful location but also super close to the beach and easy to get around to the surrounding restaurants and attractions. The restaurant around the corner (about 2min walk) was perfect for breakfast and featured a large pool, plus a small playground for the kids while the we ate. Given the size, and modern nature of the villa, it is very good value for money.

This villa was absolutely gorgeous. It was even more impressive in person than it was through the photos. The coordination from the owner and staff was top notch. We were sad that we had booked such a short stay, but we hope to return for a longer stay. This was one of the nicest accommodations we've seen anywhere in the world.

One of the best villas I have stayed! Chanced upon this villa out of the many in Bali. What made me ultimately decide to stay here was: the 5 star facilities that rivalled other villas. Once I saw that they had meals prepared by private chefs, floating breakfast, in house massage facilities, I was sold! The rooms were massive, and so were the bathrooms. The bathtub was super comfortable to soak in, and the beds were king size and amazingly comfortable. The swimming pool was remarkable, and it had varying depths to suit different swimmers. I appreciate the steps and also the deep pool. In the morning, the pool will be scattered with Bali flowers from the tree, and it was such a beautiful sight. Can't forget about our meal here. It was the most flavourful meal here in Bali, and we were so full and satisfied. We love the floating breakfast we had in the pool too! Kuta Beach was near the villa, about 5 mins walk. It was nice to walk and appreciate the sunset and enjoy the fireworks and seafood at night. There was security in place, that made us feel safe. Noah and his staff was delightfully hospitable, kind and warm. We were treated like royalty and were thankful for the kindness. This is our first time in Bali, my parents and family enjoyed our stay here, and we will not hesitate to come here again! Thank you for making our first trip here exceptionally memorable!

The only thing that we did not like was that the fourth bedroom does not have a private bathroom.

The villa is great, I would say better than in the pictures! It's clean, comfortable, the swimming pool is great, the upstairs terrace, all is beautifully arranged and it gives you that tranquil vibe. The staff is great also, there for everything you need!

This is not the first time I have stayed at Sunset Palms… and there are several reasons for that! Location: The airport is so close to the villa; yes, I can see the airplanes arriving from the beach, which is 100 m away from the property. Amenities: My brief stay is worth enjoying a fabulous floating breakfast in the serene surroundings of the pool outside my bedroom. Staff: Nicholas lead the villa cleaning team with professionalism and made me feel so welcome even though my stay was only for one night! Highlight: Feeding the spectacular koi fish greeting me when I stepped into the entry way of Sunset Palms! Returning next year for a longer stay, for sure!!
