Nothing - perfect accommodations for the value

Can't beat the value and the location for a basic but comfortable space. I came for a few days and ended up staying a month! Its a 5 minute walk from the gym and several warungs, and a 10 min walk from all the major restaurants. I did not rent a scooter and found everything I need within a 20 min walk. Bathroom was clean and the plumbing is fresh. No water heater but the shower is not that cold. Mini fridge in the room is super convenient, and the AC works very well. Wifi is fast and consistent. The hosts are very sweet and make the best banana pancakes. I fell in love with their cats. The beds are super comfortable, and its one of the few places ive seen that had a desk.

Nice and clean room. The property is in walking distance to Kuta centre but still nice and quiet road. Had such a great sleep! Just a reminder to listen to the owner and leave your shoes inside over a night. I woke up with two shoes taken hostage by a neighbour’s dogs.

Staff was kind and helpful, room was good, big and the toilet really nice. It was clean, but I looked under the beds, and floor under the bed was really dirty. Dead worms and a lot of dust. That’s the reason of my judgement. Really good located. Think there is a kind of renovation, so in front of my door there was a big pile of soil. A good thing is that you can rent a scooter a day for the price of 65000k, which is cheap!

I liked the location, which was off on a quieter street (but just a short walk to the centre) making it almost feel like you were in a village - with chickens, puppies and cats around the yard and a beautiful view from the balcony out to the hills through the big trees in the yard. The bamboo beds are beautiful. It's great having your own water refill in the room. The staff were very kind and helpful.

My hosts Tina and Ricky were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Tina is a great cook and the breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here and I would return again.

Little bit of a steep hill up to the property, but was fine with the scooter. Mosque next door quite loud as well as dogs but nothing the property can do about this- that’s just Lombok for you.

Spacious room, lovely hosts who gave me a box of treats twice! Breakfast was a great addition. They also helped by driving me to the airport. So sweet. If you like cats there’s lots of very cute and friendly kittens around.

This is my second time in this beautiful home stay. Tina and Ricky are amazing hosts, ready to help you with all your needs. The breakfast is really good and you can have it surrounded by nature. Very close to the centre, easy to reach. Definitely I will come back again and again!

As other reviews have said it can be a little noisy but didn’t take away from the stay in the slightest.

This place deserves a 10 for its extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful owners - Tina and Ricky! We really enjoyed our stay here, it’s a short walk from the main Kuta high street, the rooms are basic but the shower is fantastic!! We also fell in love with Orun the cat. Delicious banana pancakes and Tina and Ricky even invited us for dinner on our last night!

The place was ideal and had everything needed for a good stay. We stayed for 5 nights the host Tina helped us with laundry for a very good price, scooter rental, and also fresh breakfast every morning. Also provided filtered water jugs with a filter tap and a fridge in the room. Comfy bed and bathroom and shower were good. Thank you Tina and family.

You get what you pay for right, it’s great value for money. The bathroom could use some more ventilation but it’s fine. You hear praying sometimes but that’s Lombok and you see it on every review.

So I gave this a 10 because it ticked all the boxes for a home stay and I never had any problems. The location is great. Beds are comfy. Rooms are big. Bathroom is fine. Nice patio. Tina and Ricky are great, can rent moped and do laundry.

- Our shower was broken and the AC was not working well. - In the night you hear sometimes dogs barking and you will wake up at 05:00, because of the mosque. But that is everywhere on Lombok.

- Nice owners, who invited us for dinner once and will arrange everything for you (scooter, laundry, taxi). - Great location - Spacious rooms, with own seats outside - Comfy beds - Small but good breakfast (nice banana pancake)

The mosque can be a bit annoying in the morning but they are everywhere on Lombok. The bathroom has a nice design in my opinion but i think the stones leave a little smell..

I stayed here for 3 nights. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. During my stay a minor problem occurred, but the owners were really helpful and together we came up with a solution that worked for both of us! The airconditioning is nice and quiet. And there is a large drinkable water tank in each room to fill your water bottle, which is a big plus for me! I would come here again if I visited kuta.

The hosts are amazing, they are very welcoming and help you for every request that you could have. They also give you tips for the good beaches and stuff. They organize à dinner every week with the other guests so you can share stories and meet other travelers. The room was big and comfortable, good internet connection and the AC works great. The location is great because you are a little bit outside of busy Kota but close enough to go to the center by walk (less than 10 minutes walk).

- amazing experience with dinner what familly prapared for us🤍 Ricky is a fisherman and he bring fresh fish and Tina cooked amazing lombok style dinner for us and we spent very nice evening together. They are doing that every week for their guests.🥹I have so nice memory of it. Next time when we will come we will go fishing with Ricky! - clean, nice homestay - great breakfast - room include ac, fridge, free unlimited water refill, teracce - great price - kind owner and helpfull with everything (loundry, transport..)
