The photo of the gym makes it look a lot bigger than it is, it is tiny. Due to its size it isnt very personal, staff seen very business like. Right next to a hotel next door, if blinds weren't down they could see into our room.

It was extremely clean and clearly the owners have thought of everything, great facilities.

The balcony door doesn't close tightly, which is why the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is clearly heard in the room. The balconys fittings need to be adjusted.

Room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet, while the staff was very accommodating and kind. The water dispenser in the room (with free replacements) was a bonus, and the deilvery service from the rooftop restaurant (Mama Bali) was very convenient, allowing you to order via the website/whatsapp directly to your room. I appreciated that there was a note apologizing for noise from the construction site nearby, along with a pair of complimentary earplugs, but fortunately there was no noise at all from the construction site so I did not need them in the end. Did not get the chance to use the gym or swimming pool, but they seemed to be in good order.

Bed noise

Everything great, except the bed was so loud everytime you move, it didn’t allow us to sleep. Very ridiculous that this hasn’t been addressed. Such a small detail but an important one. Other than that, it was a good stay.

I think the cleaning , while already good, can improve in details sometimes; and the food at the restaurant on rooftop. I would also say a softer mattress and pillows would be appreciated.

I had over 3 weeks at this wonderful property , kind and welcoming staff in a location close to all that you would want in Canggu. It's a great deal given rates and service, pool and gym, and also a nice enjoyable rooftop with great views including ocean. Would go back for sure.

Restaurant was empty each time I went and the staff were not very attentive as I had to request their attention to take my order even with nobody else being there. Massage from the spa was a little painful. Sun loungers were used up during the day but still areas to sit on the rooftop.

I was amazed by the facilities that were available at the property as i had not expected this. The room was a lot bigger than I thought, and location was great. During my time in Bali, I stayed in many hotels and this is the only one that provided hand soap. The shops provided were also vey good quality compared to the bigger hotels.

There were no beach towels available, which I would have expected for a property so close to the beach. No complimentary water bottles - At least one bottle of water per day could be provided in the room.

Great accommodation with excellent amenities. Everything was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is central, right in the heart of Canggu, but it's very quiet in the side alley.

Exceptional... Positives: - Super clean - Spacious - Great location - Ice bath / pool - Amazing staff who go the extra mile - The gym is exceptional for a hotel - they have protein shakes as well - Did I say super clean? - Great wifi - after I had checked out they allowed me to take a work call from a room as I needed peace and quiet for an hour - They have an amazing podcast room ( almost started one) and a recording studio - if you're into that. Negatives: Nitpicking here : - Exact location a bit difficult to explain on Grab - the management needs to define it more accurately on Google maps - The marble slab in the bathroom which holds the shampooetc needs to be fixed and not movable. Mine fell (thankfully not on my leg) and broke - the staff were amazingly helpful though.

the construction was a little annoying, however i understand the need of it. a pool table or jenga toys for entertainment could be helpful and perhaps a reading library

Slightly expensive.

Spacious room and the location is perfect. Just 10 mins walk to Finns and Atlas. You don’t even need a bike in the area which helps you with traffic. I didn’t have the time to experience the facilities but it seemed nice!
