The breakfast really needs improvement. Very disappointed, to the point we decided to go eat somewhere else.

I like everything about this hotel, besides the breakfast.

Things to consider: At the time of our stay (end July 2025) there is demolition work of the hotel next door causing loud banging, workers yelling, and machinery noise all day. This was not listed on the property description. - The decking at the pool on level 3 needs replacing and is severely uneven, loose, and spongey. This is quite unsafe. - If you have mobility issues, there are no steps or rails to get into the pool, just a large step down. - The rooftop pool does not have shade and is approximately 40 - 50cm deep (good for kids if there was shade). - No alcoholic cocktails at this property only beer, mocktails, wine and single shot spirits. No coke zero or diet coke (even though diet coke on menu).

Location and price were great. Really close to multiple restaurants, laundry services, and shopping. Staff were fantastic.

Obviously being woken up early hours of morning

A.lot of dogs barking early morning and a couple yelling at each other for 1 hour woke me up I might give it a try again for two days and if no good move somewhere else

Staff were wonderful and helpful. Facilities are a bit tiered but clean and functional and everything works well. The infinity pool is lovely and the attendant was great.

Breakfast was very mediocre. Pancakes were awful! They seemed to be both under and overcooked. Had to pay extra for bacon. Toaster wasn't working. Minimal food options. VERY disappointed to not be able to buy alcoholic drinks other than Bintang! We had visions of lazing by the pool drinking cocktails and eating food. Pool area in desperate need of upgrade. This hotel has SO much potential but needs some $$ spent to bring it up to its potential (and probably former glory).

Bed was very comfortable. Staff were all delightful. Foyer and restaurant has lovely decor. Well located for accessing shopping and eateries in Legian.

Pool side bar only serves beer or soft drink, the rooftop pool is not really a pool more of a water feature u can’t swim in.

Nothing not to like, although doors slam on hotel rooms. Probably annoys other guests. Pool decking and tile repairs needed.

Loved the spacious suite. A little in need of small repairs to bathroom. But excellent value for money for the accommodation. Pool decking should also be replaced. Perfect location for shopping and beach.
