Breakfast was good but little bit different when I was stay in sun boutique 10 years ago,so many choices for breakfast in the buffet area. The room attendant was very nice , always smile and very friendly

Bed is really hard. I prefer soft. Towels smelled yucky . Bed had bleach stains but was clean. Fountain in the pool is really loud and goes on and off constantly.

Cheap and cheerful. The girls at the desk were nice, property is nice enough for the price. Cold aircon.

It can be cleaner and the elevador was broken, so I had to carry the trolley up the stairs. The minibar was broken too.

The bed was very comfortable and the place is quiet at night.

The bed was so uncomfortable. The mattress is probably 1000 years old…

The location is great, right in front of the hotel there’s is a bike rental place which was so convenient! The hotel is close to Bali Galeri Mal and Cinema.

I didn't understand for the first time everything was fine, the area was clean and smelled good, but this was the second time I was on the 1st floor, the sheets were very dirty and clearly visible black spots, the floor was not clean so when I entered the room my feet felt dirty and slippery, but other than that everything is fine

This is the second time I have stayed here, good value for money, and access to the hotel is very easy and very strategic, there is a swimming pool but unfortunately I don't dare to swim because the pool water is a little bit dirty , it looks like it hasn't been cleaned, and I really appreciate the security work at this hotel he was friendly and very honest but I don't know his name, the staff is very friendly, check in is easy and fast

Not the most comfortable place in the world, with no outside views from the room, I Would not of enjoyed more than 2 nights, it is good for one night in my opinion.

i had a broken phone, and the staff was mega helpful directing me to the right location and even ordering me a grab, the lad went well out of his way to help me. Big Kudos to him

- there was a group of around 8 kids who were ‘playing’ in the pool, starting at 7 AM. I work with children so I have a high tolerance, but these kids were constantly screaming from the top of their longs. No parents or staff tried to calm down the situation. impossible to wake up relaxed or sleep past 7… not saying this is the fault of the hotel but for the sake of literally all the other guests (all rooms are located around the pool), the parents could’ve been approached by the staff to ask them to tell their kids to play in a calmer way.

The rooms are not clean, bathrooms are stained and smelled. The towels are very old and have changed colour white to brown. When booking it stated that the booking included free breakfast, to our surprise we had to pay separately but also didn’t have much left, just rice and coffee. The pool is so dirty, not clear. Cups in the room are so stained!

Staff are hospitable, very helpful.
