Its pretty far away from everything have to take a grab, also not a social hostel. They dont have events or games. Also the bathroom being in the room was horrible as the rooms are pretty small.

Location is ok, not much around so have to get a taxi/bike most places. Load music in the morning coming from gym next door was very annoying.

The room was nice, with a big tv with netflix which was handy as it rained one of the days! The pool was lovely.

Bathrooms were a bit sporadic and sink was in the room as opposed to in the bathroom, so was hard not to wake others up if you needed to use it

Fantastic outdoor area and clean pool, friendly staff, comfy rooms albeit cozy. Really lovely location too with shops right next door and overall very happy stay.

- Please immediately change the bedsheets as well as the pillow sheets. They were covered with yellow stains when we entered. - Even after asking for replacement, the second set of sheets again was still in the same unacceptable condition. - We don’t know how old these sheets already are, but the property needs to either completely replace ALL bedsheets or have a professional laundry service to bleach the sheets. This issue was really unpleasant and it urgently needs to be dealt with. We’re a couple which basically only needs a bed for a stay —-> but if the bed is that dirty it’s really unacceptable.

Room lighting is definitely very minimum. The bed is quite uncomfortable, very springy and soft? The staff said its a new hotel, but to be frankly doesnt look like it. Its clean and quite decent but the facility look quite old. No idea if they build a new property but using secondhand/recycled material. Not trying to be negative but there are many works to improve. There are few better option with similar price point. But I genuinely want them to improve and get better!

A little noisy from the traffic outside, but that is to be expected!

Stayed here for several nights and extended our stay. Great location, very close to restaurants and about a 10-15 minute Grab journey to the beaches nearby. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony and the pool area is nice during the day to relax.

AVOID this place, I had to leave after the first night due to bed bugs. I had booked 3 nights and found bed bugs in my bed the first night, and they wouldn’t let me cancel the next two nights. I had to fight the management for hours to get my booking canceled and get my money back for the nights I didn’t stay. On top of that, my bathroom had not been cleaned when I checked in, there were lizards in my room, the TV didn’t work, and the sheets and towels had yellow stains. Overall I had a terrible experience, especially for what they’re charging for a private room. You’d be better off getting a homestay in the area for the same price or cheaper.

The hotel itself is great, nice pool. The rooms are great size, good AC and I personally thought the bed was so comfy and great pillows. My favorite part was the staff! They are so kind and welcoming and so helpful with anything you need. Felt very safe and comfortable asking for help with anything. There is also good water, coffee and tea for free in the lobby. Right next to a mini mart so that was also great. Around a 12-15 minute drive to beach but is near lots of good food options.

The bath towels and quilt covers were very dirty, with various yellow stains. We arrived at night and checked in, but there was no one at the front desk.

- Bed was not comfortable. The middle part was sunken. - Comfort room was small and cramped and not so clean - There was no water for a good hour or two at night, and when it came back, the water was brown. - It was a partyish place and it was pretty noisy at night so try to get a 2nd floor room because they have no quiet hours for guests We checked out early and decided to rebook another place.
