Nothing, wish we could have stayed a couple more nights… maybe a yoga class a bit later, I attended once at 7:30am, but would have gone more often if it was a little bit later, but still 10/10!

Beautiful place, amazing view, especially from the main pool, great restaurants and lovely staff, the menjangan island snorkeling trip is a mist (organised by reception upon request), it was fantastic, the spa is worth a visit as well. Nice bar at sunset just outside the hotel (kima bar). Thank you for such a great stay!

5 cabins share 1 set of common showers and toilets, which is not enough. Most people use them at specific times like the morning, before dinner etc, so you have queues.

the property was well designed, clean and spacious. our girls loved their bedroom with the bunkbeds, the views were amazing from the master bedroom. the property could see both the sunrise and sunset from the roof terrace. The infinity pool was just a few meters away, had stunning views and usually empty so we had it all to ourselves. the kitchen was well equipped but you have to bring your own food as there is nowhere within walking distance to buy provisions. The hills surrounding the area were great to walk

Really liked it. The pool is great, friendly staff, nice spacious and clean rooms. Facilities are good, restaurants are nice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I only booked one night but extended it twice.

The only disappointment was the check in staff are a little bit rude. They message you on WhatsApp asking when you are going to check out which is quite odd I thought . They say they need to know for cleaning reasons . In my opinion it’s not normal procedure. They make you feel like you cannot be trusted also as they need you to come and pay for things . Also had to book a time with me to check the mini bar even though I’d said I did not purchase anything. Anyways minor problems but not normal hotel/ resort behaviour…. Otherwise would have given property 10/10 .

Loved the location the view the suite, I loved the pools the naturistic vibes and the food was good and staff in restaurant were friendly. Everything looked quite new . A little construction going on around it but not noisy at all. I extended my stay I loved it so much .

The staff could have been warmer, they were too official. The whole hotel is very disjointed with restaurants spread out. Not enough separate sun beds at the pool. The gym was on the far side of the property which was fine for us because we ran there and back each day but may be too far for other guests. The gym needs upgraded equipment and a good clean.

Beautiful villa with amazing views in the Sumberkima Hills with volcanoes view. Beautiful sunsets and sunrise. Villa was large and spacious and the infinity pool was lovely. Great food at the two restaurants on site and a lovely shuttle service when needed

The kids bedroom without windows. Some mosquitoes, but not the worst place in Bali for that!

Great resort/hotel. Our “room” had 3 levels - a great kitchen/dining/lounge/toilet on the ground floor, then 2 bedrooms and shower and toilet on 1 st floor. The kids bedroom unfortunately had no windows, so they decided to kip on the floor in our master bedroom. Then the top floor was a bonus roof top terrace to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. 2 nice restaurants on the site, and a Kima resort restaurant just off site, but nothing else around. Communal pools were excellent.

Located on a hillside looking across the straight to the volcanoes of Java - stunning Our suite was large, spacious, with our own private garden The pool area had wonderful views and a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. The 2 restaurants served delicious food at reasonable prices. Plenty of activities to choose from if you wished.

There is a smell each time you leave the wonderfull restaurant near the spa. That should be fixed. Communication between the staff should be done by radio, nog whatsapp. This would make the shuttle system lots more efficient

Such a stylish place. Every detail gives esthetic pleasure. Kids enjoyed pools. Great variety of food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, which we ordered to our villa. Some nice hiking trails available nearby, great yoga and spa. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Beautiful facility, with the most incredible panoramic view. Accommodation is clean and well design. Staff which took care of me, was super nice, hriendly, helpful and responsive. Overall wonderful experience! Cabin area was so peaceful and quiet, cabins itself are distributed in a way to give a lot of privacy to the guests. Highly recommend 👌🏻

Everything! it is a real jewel, we liked it so much we extended our stay an additional week. If you want to find a calm, local, authentic and yet with very high standards and luxury options this is the place in Bali. It is just stunning, the staff would go above and beyond and the food is delicious, vegetables are grown in the local farm. Plenty of options from hiking to scuba diving, it is real paradise

Very calm atmosphere for people who tired and need a rest and retreat for the soul and mental health. Not so many people around and you can be focused on yourself. Huge territory w transfer around but it’s better to come with your own bike because apps is not working here.
