There was nothing to criticise.

The welcome after almost 24 hours of flying was warm. The room was spotless, really big with a great bathroom and excellent balcony. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was perfect.

Handy spot for the airport. Clean and comfortable room, close to the beach. Rooftop pool is fun.

The swimming pool was amazing on the rooftop and the hotel was less than a minute walk to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Very good breakfast.

Not enough drinking water provided each day, when we asked if we could have more were told we had been given our allocated water for the day, would have purchased more if we had known there was a limit. Too much plastic containers used at breakfast & for water bottles. Would be helpful to have more up to date information about he hotel & restauran tin the rooms.

The staff wete really friendl & helpful, especially the wait staff at the restaurant. Fabulous view from restaurant, really well priced tasty food & drinks. Great roof top pool!

We often stay at Sulis at the end of our trip because it's clean, across the road from the beach and it's close to the airport. Love going down to watch the sunset with the locals in the afternoon. Always clean and has a great rooftop pool and view

The coffee

Plenty of space in the room and the pool was great. The 5th floor "restaurant" was so so and the coffee not good. Can't comment on the breakfast, as we didn't have breakfast at this stay.

The location was brilliant as it was so close to the airport for our overnight stay and flight onto Lombok, and close to beach fur morning walk/swim. Massive pool on roof top overlooking the surf breaks.

Just far enough away from Kuta to be in a more relaxed area.No hassling on the beach Only a 15 min walk into Kuta if you fancy it Hotel was spotless , staff excellent and breakfasts great We will go back again for sure

Somewhat cold reception. I understand warnings about safety of luggage in the rooms (and other warnings), but it was a bit over the top (it gives the feeling that your stuff is not safe even though this may not be the case). Although clean, the bedlinnen and towels were not in a great state. On the rooftop, some beanbags would make for a nicer place to have a cocktail or beer.

Spacious room, clean. Walking distance to pantai Jerman; a beach with many local tourist and therefore affordable warungs with good Indonesian food (no frills, authentic taste).

I like the location of the hotel. Right across the beach and walking distance to big supermarket. The pool was gorgeous and the room is spacious for family of 4.

My room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was perfect including the rooftop pool which is awesome. The staff are fabulous. I will always stay here when I need a hotel close to the airport.
