Staff was SO nice and welcoming. Food was perfect and there was a lot to chose from on the menu. Rooms were really comfortable. The resort is really beautiful and it makes your holiday so much better. Also there is beach 2 minutes from the hotel. Overall experience is really good.

The water of the pool in the villa is a bit cold so we couldn’t really enjoy it.

Everything! The place is super clean, we were in a villa and had a lot of space. The staff is always available, smiling, welcoming without being invasive. The highlight was the food menu, always a bit complicated to find healthy option with vegetables but at Suku, you have many, and very tasty ones. Same for breakfast, they have oat milk option also , and a coffee bar with plenty of drinks. The hotel is small so every guest is well taken care of and the main swimming pool is very nice too. The sandy beach which is 10 minutes walk is very beautiful.

The only negative thing was that there was no outside shower in the villa, but there was one by the main pool.

One of the best stays of our travels. We stayed in the villa and it was really nice and comfy. We really enjoyed evenings by the pool. The stuff is probably the best part, they will help you with everything you need (transport,scooter,trips...). Food is also great. Also, in our opinion, the selong belanak is the best spot at Lombok,quiet, but there are good restaurants in this area. We have also been in Kuta and other beaches, but we liked the selong belanak one the best.

The swimming pool in the villa was a little cold and the terrace did not get a lot of sun to sunbathe.

Very beautiful and well maintained hotel. We stayed in one of the villas where we had a lot of privacy. The service was excellent - quick, polite and friendly. We were travelling with a baby and they did everything to make us feel comfortable. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from a stunning beach which also boasts a very nice beach bar and restaurant. We would definitely recommend Suku and stay there again!

It was in a very quite area. pool area was very nice and tranquil. We arrived late and they also offered us room service which was nice. You need to have a bike/ taxi to reach other areas as it is a bit further from shops, ecc. Room was spacious and decor was lovely. Food was also very tasty.

Suku was absolutely incredible – one of the most relaxing and peaceful stays I’ve ever had. The room was spotless and so comfortable – I had some of the best sleep ever while staying there! What truly sets Suku apart is the staff. They were beyond amazing – so friendly, helpful, and genuinely thoughtful. They even prepared a smoothie bowl and packed it up for me to take away before my early morning scuba dive – before any staff were officially on duty! That kind of above-and-beyond care made me feel so looked after. The location is also perfect: a short, easy walk to the beach, and you can rent a scooter directly from the property to explore the island. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious too. Can’t recommend this place enough – peaceful, welcoming, and full of heart. Would give more than 10/10 if I could!

Decided to upgrade to a Villa and it was great. The prices are fair, nice private pool, very polite staff. They create a WhatsApp group for individual villas and you really get the priority service.

Close to road so lots of noise from motorbikes. Rooms adjoining, so annoying if others slam their bathroom door. Bed base had sharp corners as seemed like a block of concrete; nicked my shin once & was very careful after that. No much shade around pool although a few umbrellas provided & my porch area in full afternoon sun. Quite a long walk to beach via a bush track or road which has no footpath & so unsafe. No cheap GRAB transport available there.

The room decor was special - very tasteful. Crisp clean white cotton bedding. The staff very polite, friendly & helpful. Loved the breakfast smoothie bowl.

The rooms surround the pool so there’s going to be noise if kids/ people are in the pool, or sitting around it. The sitting/ eating area is next to the end rooms and can also be noisy. The noise from both can go on until 9:30 pm. The WiFi can be spotty at times. You can hear the people in the room next to you, especially in the bathroom.

The staff was great, friendly, courteous and really helpful. Breakfast was good. The location is good if you like peace and quiet, and it’s close enough to ride a scooter to the various beaches and kuta. The rooms are nice.

Beautiful boutique hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they helped us rent a scooter and organise a tour to some beautiful waterfalls. The breakfast is delicious, the pool is great and the room was clean and tastefully decorated. We loved the outside shower too.
