Tried to charge me 1 million rupiah for a small period blood mark in one of the sheets because apparently it would not be able to be washed out. I went back up to the room and with a bit of water and body wash was able to very quickly remove the stain myself. Ruined our time there

The property is gorgeous. The rooms are very nice.

My last 2 days7nights the property was getting ready for a wedding. Construction filled the outside areas. People were partying outside my balcony until very late. I left 6 days early when I learned this would be continuing for the next 4 days. Breakfast was disappointing.

Our stay at the Hotel was truly wonderful, thanks to the spacious accommodations and the warm, friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The hotel is ideally located just 300 meters from Kuta Beach, making it so easy to enjoy beautiful sunsets and access a variety of delightful restaurants and bustling marketplaces nearby. It’s a perfect spot for anyone looking to create lasting memories.

Big spacious room. Lovely peaceful tropical setting. Great big balcony. Nice pool.

Great rooms, good pool, nice location

-Large room and spacious balcony (although no sun all day for this room). -Good A/C. -Good value for money. -Great location if you want to stay in Kuta. Plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and the beach a short walk away.

-Terrible WiFi, unable to even do basic things. Ended up spending lots buying extra data. Mentioned the WiFi speed to staff but issue was ignored. -Very thin walls, could hear everything. -Loud construction under my room for one of the days. -Breakfast was affordable but wasn't great. -Shower was good but temperature hard to control, would go from pleasant to extremely hot, be careful. -This room lacked sunlight and small windows, so it was rather dark.

It's nice and quiet, the staff is very friendly since you arrive. The room is spacious, clean, I loved it, I highly recommend it

Comfortable bed, reasonable price, closed to kuta beach

The staff were doing some work with a jackhammer in the middle of the day in front of the pool, with a lot of dust and noise. View of a building site during breakfast. Sewage smell in the bathroom. Stained bath towels and bathrobe with holes.

Tiled floor were very slippery if you weren't careful when you got back from the pool or got out of the shower.

Very clean. Helpful staff. Close to essentials.

Stairs can be the last thing you want after being on your feet all day if you're not on the bottom floor.

Noisy all day with nuilding work being carried out opposite our unit. Very poor breakfast running out of basic items and half cold dishes and a faulty toaster.

The room was better than expected. But no chair cushion on the balcony. I paid for breakfast, but only used it a few times. It was ok. The pool was great, but no chair cushion.

The sheets changed. At least every 3 days would have been nice.

The room was good though I saw a cockroach the morning I was leaving 😫. There was renovation happening everyday . 7 to 6 Monday to Saturday and Sunday 9 to 6. Couldn’t just relax because of the grinding the sawing the hammering. I did go out a few times because it . I did say something to reception. They gave me 1 day free for breakfast. You book a holiday to relax by the pool some point of the stay correct. But you just couldn’t. Then the second night before I go they sprayed for mosquitoes so had to leave for 30 mins. Worst 14 day holiday stay in Bali.
