Loved everything, breakfast is exceptional and tasty. We had very comfortable stay here , everything is just 10 15 min drive away. Room views are amazing.

Still it has disadvantages, the water is kinda salty (idk) and the room is in poor insulation. The last night I stayed, there a Chinese couple swim at 12AM and make the whole area like a mess and so noisy but the staff didnt say anything at all (although the pool closed at 10PM). I can hear them clearly even though we closed the door tight. Anw thats minor thing cause the customers here is all so polite as well.

If you want to look for a good condition hotel, choose this one. It has new furniture, the view is beautiful and the pool is clean. The staff is very helpful and delicate, they speak English well so you dont have to worry about. Also, they have good breakfast where you can certainly find the suitable portion. I stayed for 4 days, the staff remember our preferences and serve quickly. A la carte is cheap and so so, I dont expect much.

The gym needs spray and wipe for people to use as it’s quite hot in there and without anything to clean it with it’s quite gross.

Honestly not much to fault at all! The toilet did have a little smell to it but it honestly goes throughout most facilities that aren’t 5 star .

. It would be helpful to have a list of nearby attractions and travel times in room especially as a solo Traveller without phone access.

I had a delicious dinner in restaurant on arrival. it was great to have room service as well. the reception staff were extremely helpful especially as I was having problems with my phone. The room was comfortable clean and relatively new.

It would be nice if the breakfast options had more flexibility from memory you could only select one drink option one breakfast option it would nice if drinks were unlimited or had a more generous limit.

A very modern and comfortable stay. Lovely long pool in centre of lobby which I did not use alongside the modern gym. The room is full of different amenities from black tea, instant coffee and thoughtful toiletry items such as tooth brush, toothpaste, small comb, cotton pads etc etc. meaning if you are a light packer or have forgotten something you are well taken care of. I enjoyed my small private balcony and had a delicious Nasi goreng delivered to my room. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely awesome hotel with super friendly staff. We extended for another 5 nights. That should say explain how cozy this hotel is. The restaurant and breakfast are awesome aswell. Tv with Netflix. And nice equipped gym aswell. Highly recommendable!

My stay at Suites5 was absolutely fantastic! 😊 The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. Special thanks to Kristina from the dining area – she served the most delicious breakfasts in all of Uluwatu, always with a smile and a kind attitude. Such a high level of customer service is rare these days – the owner should definitely reward the team with a bonus and a raise! The hotel itself is modern and new, with comfortable furniture, efficient air conditioning, clean bathrooms, and a well-maintained pool. Another big plus: they offer scooter rentals and airport transfer services. I highly recommend this place – 100%! I’m extremely satisfied with my stay and I’m already looking forward to coming back here next year for another vacation! 🌴✨

Pool area doesn’t have sunlight, not enough sitting area. New hotel so there’s still construction sites everywhere around.

This new hotel is brilliant! New facilities, new gym with clean equipment. Very clean and tidy room that’s looking out to the pool area. Great bathroom and shower. Comes with a smart TV for Netflix and Youtube. Breakfast was provided in a nearby restaurant, very delicious with many options. Great location also, easy to go around with a scooter.

The walls are thin so you can hear other people through the walls/doors. There was construction noise from around 9am till late but this is expected with Uluwatu at the moment.

The hotel room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast included were lovely and very good quality. Staff are very polite and welcoming. The TV had Netflix and prime which was handy on nights you want to stay in. The gym was fully equipped with new machinery. You won’t have to sacrifice any part of a workout and had aircon. Very modern and sleek. I didn’t struggle at all to get a Gojek driver.

The hotel is a bit noisy - you can either hear people by the pool, or things from the street. Also, the location of hotel is not that great - far from beaches, and it was hard getting gojek or grab to come quickly. The lights on the balconies can not be turned off. Besides the market there is nothing else like pharmacy or something like that. To be honest we did not use the pool since it's right in front of people's rooms and it only has 2 sun beds. There is not much sun

The staff is amazing, rooms are comfortable and clean. It's very convenient having the hotel restaurant near by for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The included breakfast was delicious! Also, it's good that you have a market right in front of the hotel. Gym and co-working space are available.

Rooms with a view were NOISY. There was a construction noise, as well as the noise from the street. Rooms whoch look to the pool do not have that problem. Location is far from everything we wanted to see in Uluwatu and it was a hassle to call Gojek all the time. You need a transportation for everything. Maybe it would be better if you drive a scooter but for us it wasn't good. Pool is in a shade and really inconvinient since all the rooms are arround it.

Breakfast was nice and it was very convinient to have a restaurant next to the hote. Staff is very nice and friendly.🙏 Hotel is new, clean and modern. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds are comfy. There is a supermarket in front. Coworking space was really nice to have. Internet was working fast there so we were able to work.

the aesthetics of the toilet didn’t really match the rest of the room, but nevertheless it was clean and did its job

excellent hotel! great value for money, its restaurant is great as well the staff were all really nice and friendly, especially the lady who was working on night shifts during my stay there. i was unable to catch her name but she has shoulder length curly hair, always with a friendly smile!
