It was perfect. It exceeded all my expectations.

The property is a modern villa which integrates modern design with traditional Balinese features. It was extremely spacious with a wonderful pool overlooking the mesmerising beauty of the Ubud forest. It also has a modern very spacious kitchen and living room with all the modern facilities you could have wished for. Just outstanding luxury. The team led by Ari are the personification of the outstanding spirit of hospitality, and kindness with we associate with this beautiful island. They indefatigable in their efforts to make your stay perfect which it was.

The best thing about our stay were the staff, very friendly and accommodating and available 24/7 for any support needed! I don’t think I’ve had such a wonderful service in any other hotel. The villa was nice, it was big and the view is incredible. Even though we had to ride a scooter with the staff to get to the main road, it was a fantastic experience specially with the views around but if you don’t prefer to ride on a scooter it’s quite a long walk to get to the hotel.

It IS a long trek (20 mins) to the main road but the guys there willingly ferry you up and down at all times (even at 4.30am for a sunrise photography shoot). This makes it very quiet at night (apart from the jungle sounds). The structure has only been running for a year so the team are not yet always coordinated. We mentioned the jam and butter for the breakfast toast came in supermarket packets. The next day they had bought high quality jam and butter. They learn quickly. Not quite ‘luxury’ but getting there. However, they fell over themselves to be helpful and are such friendly people working there. Prices on the high side, but worth it for the modern facilities.

Very new, spacious and well designed villa (there are three in total), offering seclusion and great view of the jungle ravine below. Staff very keen to help and offering typical Balinese warmth and hospitality. Excellent infinity pool with water warm enough to swim in. Great (silent) air conditioning. Breakfast included. Good range of eating places within a few mins of the villa.

Nothing major, but because the villa is accessible only by foot or scooter you get dropped off on the side of a very busy road with all your luggage. Ari and team were very efficient in getting guests and luggage scootered about 1.4km back to the villa though. For the duration of our stay they were good at taking us to the main road and back free of charge which was a great help.

The staff with Ari and team were all amazing. The Villa and views are perfect.

This place was honestly a dream! the view was breathtaking and the space was so open and relaxing. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single one of them was kind, helpful, and always smiling. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect, even arranging transportation for me. The food they provided was also delicious and presented very well. The location was perfect to enjoy some quiet and get fresh air and a mesmerizing view of the jungle and the rice fields. I would return to this villa without a doubt!

We loved everything!

We loved everything! The villa was down a path through the rice fields, staff bring your luggage (and you) from the main road on their scooters. Our 3 bedroom family villa was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable and quiet, a perfect place to relax and listen to roosters and birdlife instead of traffic. The villa has views over a jungle ravine from the rooms and a stunning infinity pool. The villa staff were a highlight - all lovely people who welcomed us like family. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay and even taught our son to fly a kite - he loved it! The breakfast is delicious, as was the food from their Warung in town, which was delivered to our villa upon request. The path to town was just over 1km and had plenty of local Warungs and coffee sellers, so much more peaceful than eating on the Main Street. Even though the staff will drive you down and back on a scooter, walking was so enjoyable. We would highly recommend this villa to anybody seeking a tranquil holiday in Ubud.

Quiet, private, absolute stunning views, beautiful villa. Ari and his team weee very accommodating. The property looked just like the photos (even better)! Breakfast was delicious and the villa was always clean. The pool was gorgeous and clean . The walk down the path had many shops, yoga studios, and restaurants. If you didn’t want to walk they were there with scooters to get you to the main road which was a fun and exciting ride! Anything you needed they would accommodate.

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa, amazing location and views. The facilities were on point, had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Staff were brilliant and very welcoming. They even take you up to the villa on bikes as it's not accessible by car and are willing to drop/pick you up whenever needed.Thank you to the whole team: Ari, Widi, Made, Wayan, Putu for making it the perfect stay.

Nothing, it is a little bit hard to get to the villas. You will need a scooter and good driving skills.

What stood out the most was the breathtaking view, the amazing private pool, and the outstanding service everything was beyond expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the villa spotless, and surprisingly free of insects or animals inside, even though you’re right in the middle of the jungle. A perfect balance of nature, luxury, and peace.

The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough to help you and make sure all your needs are met. The villa is a 20 minute walk from the main road and cannot be accessed by car, so they always offer to take you or pick you up on scooter. They also gave us free coffee simply for the WiFi being down for half a day which also didn’t matter as we was out that day but the gesture was lovely! The villa is super clean, breakfast is lovely and the view is absolutely amazing!

We stayed 2nights 3days, but we really did regret!! 2nights is not enough to enjoy this great accommodation! That's an awesome place and all staffs there, are really kind. Villa is exactly same as pics! Really appreciate for having and helping us to all people working that accommodation!

This is not a dislike, rather something to be aware of. like other reviews have said, you do need to travel down a road on the teams scooters to get to the villa. I actually really enjoyed this. Added some excitement to the day. The team were happy to drop you and pick you up any time and the drive itself along the small road is very beautiful. If you want a villa that is right in the city, then this isn't the best option, however like I've said, if you're coming to Ubud to enjoy the serenity, than this is the perfect spot.

This villa is located in the middle of beautiful rice fields. It's the perfect spot if you're wanting to come to Ubud, not be in the middle of it all and enjoy a lovely walk each morning amongst quiet rice fields with minimal tourists or traffic. The villa itself is exactly as described. Pool is wonderful and the view is spectacular. We loved the double showers. Water pressure and temperature was amazing even with both heads turned on. Despite being away from town, the villa has a menu that you can order from during the day and the complementary breakfast is also great with lots of options. Best of all is Ari and the team. Catered for all our needs, helpful without being intrusive on our time.

I love everything about this property!!

The property was beautiful! Such a peaceful place to be at. You get to be in the middle of rice fields and be with nature. I love how this villa is private, you get your own private pool with an amazing view.

So clean, so new, amazing view into the valley from the pool. Staff were friendly and so helpful. Ari was excellent. The location was amazing. Totally private and quiet. Beautiful walk through the rice fields down to the main street with some lovely cafes and coffee shops along the way. Staff also will happily drop you off and pick you up from the main street.

the apartment is only accessible by moped or walking, however the staff were always on hand to give you a lift or 15 min walk to town. Also note there is no restaurant or bar at the facility. There is a fridge with wine, beer etc and fully equipped kitchen.

beautiful location in the rice fields, very private and spacious apartment with lovely infinity pool with a great view. Comfortable bed, everything was very clean. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Definitely recommend staying here as long as you are happy to go on the back of a moped.
