Requested a room change due to traffic noise and the condition of the in room safe. Staff were quite obliging New Room was run down with not enough power outlets for appliances let alone charging. The room was reasonably comfortable.

Nothing really, only the beds were very hard & the pool doesn't get a lot of sun if any

We stayed 1 night as a stopover before going to another location & it was good for this. The staff were nice and the room was clean & comfortable enough. We had breakfast included which was filling & having multiple choices.

We were given a 3rd story room and it seemed like there were rooms available on the ground floor. There were no lounges around the pool and when you're not in a ground floor room nowhere to sit after a swim.

The only downside of this experience was werkudara rd it was manic sometimes although not the hotel fault carefully step out onto rd from hotel was a chance as its on a bend

We didn't have breakfast with hotel but we did use there restaurant the food was very nice the staff pleasant. The hotel was very nice with clean room and beds where very comfortable

Su's Cottages are great for a short stay. All the basics are there - no frills. Location is fantastic with a quick walk (1 minute)to beach and shopping is just down the road. A reasonable Spa is next door and a great little cafe. Staff are beautiful smiling Balinese only too happy to help. I gave a 9 for facilities only because it is not the place to lie by the pool but you can swim if you need to. I will continue staying g here for quick trips.

It’s on a very busy street on a turn and people communicate with horn both vehicles and scooters. There’s a cross guard blowing a whistle most of the day for all guests to safely exit the Hotel next door. My room WAS street view . Don’t look for Extras as in complimentary toiletries. Basic soap for sink and shower. No microwave but a lil refrigerator that worked very well. The bedding was minimal, sheets. The room shows her years but for the price I’m not complaining but informing. Would I come back? I would do more comparison shopping first.

The staff is extremely polite and grounds are well maintained. Small and quaint. Conveniently.located minutes from Beach steps away from Convenient Stores and shopping. If not looking to break your bank and have a place to put your head down with friendly people and clean accommodations this will please. A lil Bistro in lobby that has a varied menu and is delicious.

We enjoyed our stay here with the room being of good size and comfortable! You couldn’t fault staff who moved us when we were not happy with room over the road! I just love the quaintness of it and will continue to stay here!

Renovations and repairs have to undertaken from time to time and power tools do make noise but no big discomfort to myself or holiday experience. Work has to done and the workers seamed to complete the renovations in a quick time period.

Smoothy bowl - tried it after having fruit bowls for breakfast and then had that for breakfast till I left to return home. All meals that I tried at Su's were delicious and I can recommend the food, help and service provided.

For the price it was excellent. It was a quiet oasis in the hustle and bustle of Legian. Su’s cafe was great and breakfast generous. The cafe is open all day and very accommodating. Plus the location - a short walk to the beach 🏖️

Can't fault anything.

The setting and atmosphere is perfect for a solo traveller seeking a quiet more intimate and personalised experience. It felt safe and all the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The onsite cafe has a great variety of local and Western cuisine to choose from. The small swimming pool is perfect for cooling off and you can access the rooftop sun loungers. The location is perfect, a short stroll to Double Six beach and easy access to the vibrant Legian and Seminyak shops, restaurants etc. The owners are lovely making you feel welcome and ensuring you have a positive experience by being open to feedback and taking necessary action as/if required. The rooms are serviced daily with fresh towels, soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar and bottles of water. Free WiFi available. I'll definitely be coming back!
