The staff was really nice, smiling and helpful. The location was great, right next to Turtle Point, not far from the sunset point, and facing the sunrise. If you go snorkeling in the morning you will see plenty of turtles. Perfect place for chill.

The bathroom in the accommodation was tired and dated and could do with renovating, the breakfast was below average and was better or worse some days depending on who was sending the food out from the kitchen

The WiFi did not work really well. We went to the resto and there they have a different WiFi that worked a bit better and did our work there.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Also the location was really great, directly at the beach and snorkelling area. The room was also very spacious and clean. Big plus for us was the mosquito net.

We booked a private boat snorkeling trip and it was bad with them and it was really bad. One of the skipper was not really friendly. They just bring us to the same spot as groups boats. They also didn’t tell us about the jelly fish and they have saw it ! Won’t recommend to book that activity with them.

It was a nice stay. The breakfast is simple but good. The staff if super friendly. You can drop your laundry off to the office.

Pretty spot to be with a wonderful view of the sunset with a convenient walk to cheaper restaurants vs the harbour. Place was mostly clean and the people were really kind especially the bartender.

We asked for more pillows and got them without problems, as there were only 2 very flat pillows. Had to ask for a cup as we only had 1 cup for 2 people, and no glasses. Hard bed.

Excellent staff especially those who speak good English. There were several who didn't, do we struggled to be understood with them. Such a fantastic position for snorkeling with turtles. Good food. The best Nasi Goreng Pool ok.

Lighting in my room was really poor. Unfortunately the properties next door were quite noisy so definately bring earplugs. There was a bit of issue with "high speed internet" which required me moving to bungalow 5 as it has the strongest signal.

Loved the big bed and mosquito net. Big fluffy towels. Star Bar sunbeds right by the beach, you could watch the sunrise and even have your breakfast right there. Hammocks. Fridge. Turtles.

The location was amazing. Right at the beach, so you were having breakfast with a perfect view. The staff was so friendly I felt super comfortable. They greet you with a smile every time. Our bed a a mosquito net wich was really nice.

Communication - they offered me to use their row boat, then I couldn't that afternoon. I organised to take it out at sunset (5:45am), suddenly they wanted to charge me, I agreed anyway and then no one was around when i woke up....no one arrived until 6:30. Unable to get any drinks etc until breakfast at 8am as someone else had the keys. I also arranged transport to the ferry port at a specific time, they ordered it to come way too early and the driver was upset about waiting, so I had to rush off 45 mins early and waste that time at the harbour...... I initially booked 2 nights extended to a 3td and suddenly just felt like a cash cow..... There was no soap in the bathroom, and when I asked for hand soap I was given a plastic bottle of liquid soap to put on the broken dispenser in the shower. Breakfast is very mediocre. The family owners would come only the eve ings and sit next to the pool in the only swing chairs/loungers - making it a bit uncomfortable for guests wanting to actually use the pool.

Great location right on turtle point - can snorkel right off from the hotel and see turtles. Staff are generally helpful & enthusiastic and the freshly caught fish of day was barbecued to perfection (Tuna steak). Bicycles available on site.

Nice stay at the beach! Perfect snorkelspot in front of the accomodation. Star bar has their own beach bar, were you can also eat & drink & relax. The food menu in simple, but in the evening they do grilled fresh fish also. The bed and bathroom were nice. There is a mosquito-klamboe, which is nice because it is needed ;)

Nice area close to the beach :) Very friendly and helpful staff to make my stay more relaxing and comfortable 😊 Basic bungalow with aircon but good enough for a few days relaxing!! Could be better to have some hooks or coat hangers inside the room.. Overall, I'd still recommend this place 👍

Lots of debris from trees fell into pool but the pool was clean

Location. The snorkelling was fantastic and we saw turtles. Staff helped arrange a private boat to transport us to Lombok. Picked up directly from outside accommodation. Rooms were clean. Great selection of food and drinks. Friendly staff and helpful

The bed was very hard and the bed squeeked if you moved. Needs a broom in the room to sweep out the sand. The pool was nice but the decking needs some work. All in all it was fine 🙂

The location was fantastic and so was the staff. Boss man, Ujo and everyone was wonderful. The food was quite good.

the staff... really annoying and not capable of working.. took always at least 30mins to get the breakfast also If there were no other guests, what wasn't even good, they are always talking to you also if the see you are reading or working in terrace, they interrupt...
