Overall, the property itself is just a little tired and could use a refresh as a lot of fixtures are falling apart, old, or just not very comfortable ((furniture around the pool, shower curtain, furniture undercover near pool). Fine for two nights but it is in need of a revamp.

Lovely staff and great location, easy walk to Sanur Harbour and the beachfront. The breakfast buffet was not too bad with different choices each day.

The bathrooms seemed a bit dated, and could do with a refurbishment. Trade off for being in a quiet part of Sanur is that you have to walk 15 minutes to reach the more lovely quarter.

Lovely friendly staff, great on site facilities including the restaurant and two pools. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds. Located in a quiet part of Sanur, close to the beach. Great tours on offer at the reception.

The bathrooms fuctional but quite dated. A mosquito net above the bed would be good, but the hotel does provide mosquito spray in the rooms.

Very spacious rooms with quiet AC and the most comfortable bed I think that I have ever slept in! Lovely and helpful staff. Two excellent swimming pools and close to the beach. Good on-site restaurant. I would definately go back.

Really lovely resort with a good buffet breakfast. Great pools. Good sized rooms with balconies or little terrace areas. It’s close to the beach and despite being on a busy main road is tranquil as it’s set back. Staff super friendly.

The bathroom was quite smelly and in desperate need of reconstruction.

The room itself was lovely and clean, the location was great - just a short walk from the amazing promenade and also convenience store. The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful.

I had to wait more than 30mins to be able to go to my room after checking in despite it being ready. It was a busy period and there was one guy showing people to their rooms but other guests were able to push in front of me to go to their rooms first.

Beautiful place that feels very serene and each villa is quite private. The two pools are excellent. It was really nice walking around the place. My room was also good. Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was wonderful. Robes were included too which was a nice touch.

Sri Phala Resort was a great place to stay – the staff were warm and friendly, the pool and small on-site restaurant made it easy to relax, and the location was perfect for catching the ferry to Lembongan. Sanur itself is also well worth exploring, with a lovely stretch of waterfront shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away.

Was worried about road noise as near a very busy road but it wasn’t a problem. Very low key place and well priced. Food was lovely and well priced. Staff nice.

First and foremost they are undergoing construction that’s not mentioned anywhere in the booking. The rooms are very dated. The whole places is dated. The guest area has sofas with stains which to me was a big turn off. Nothing is in walking distance per se! It seems like the beach area is close but it is really not so dinner etc becomes like a pain!

The breakfast is very good! The property is close to the dock so if you are taking the ferry it’s a great location.

The hotel had a wonderful Bali vibe with a very good restaurant and excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. I can recommend the Wednesday evening barbecue with Bolognese dance. I would go back there.

We stayed at the front of the property and the road noise was not great but we were there for only 1 night.

Nice little hotel with great facilities. Breakfast was lovely. 2 pools. Staff were very friendly. We only stayed the 1 night but would definitely recommend.
