The staff, quiet room, the massage was good quality, the style and way they keep the facilities (attention to Details) the location not directly at the beach but just a little walk and you are at a beautiful one.

I would have liked wine with my meals. No wine available. But you can go out and buy a bottle and take it to your room.

The staff were amazing. Room was super clean. I had a suite. Restaurant good quality food. Felt really safe to say in. Great size pool. Definately go back . Also fridge and microwave in suite. Fantastic outside shower.

The bathroom being open to outside. Very quirky and cool but left us on a platter for mosquitoes at night.

The hotel itself is just lovely, the pool is so inviting. The rooms are kept nice and clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Gaduh and Ani!

Nothing at all We loved it

We only left this morning and we'll be coming back on the way home. This place is tranquil in a prime location very close to everything but away from the madness. It was spotless and the pool held the sun all day. We almost didn't leave but had to for fear of becoming complacent! The staff are wonderful and super helpful. We will see you soon. Very happy customers xx

The resort is fabulous value and in a great location. Quiet street and with a walking path maybe 400m to the beach where there are 6 beachfront restaurants to eat and drink the sunsets away. Helpful staff, fabulous pool with swim up bar and walking distance to lots of small and large warungs and restaurants.

If I was to be picky, the breakfast was adequate, also the poor gym, one tread, one bike, a bizarre multi gym and some weights. If you have to share it gets a bit tight.

The staff were really friendly, taking an interest in your stay and helping with exploring Bali. Location is good, a cut through alley got you to the beach in 10 mins and also the other direction got you to Seminyak hustle and bustle about the same time. The afternoon and evening food was good if you needed to stay local for a night. Rooms were always spotlessly cleaned and the outdoor shower gave you a unique Bali feel. Quiet. Even when they said it was busy the hotel felt calm and relaxed.

my only suggestion is if they had a pool table and Netflix in the rooms I wouldn't have left the entire time 😂 that's just a personal preference and not a complaint at all.

It was in a nice quiet location, the staff were lovely, the rooms were cleaned daily. There are actually 2 X pools there as well.

A fantastic stay. The room was lovely & the bathroom was excellent. It's modern with some Balinese touches. The staff were delightful & they decorated our bed for my birthday. A great touch. Definitely recommend especially the price. Better than most for what we paid. Thank you Solterra for a gorgeous 2 night stay. 🥰

Due to a change of plans, we ended up at this hotel unexpectedly, and it turned out to be a great choice. We really enjoyed the luxury, the lovely swimming pool, and the friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. You can reach the beach through an alleyway; it takes no more than 10 minutes.

Gym only available from 8:00 to 20.00. Considering some guests spend most of the day outside, it'd be great a longer availability of the gym.
