The standard room was really uncomfortable. I don't recommend the ground floor at all too smelly and humid.

Only the most expensive rooms are comfortable. We had to pay a lot more to upgrade.

The pool could be open a little later…

This was my third time staying at Kuta beach club. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, pool with swim up bar is nice and clean, the location is great - only a short walk to many food options, massage, shopping and beach, the breakfast buffet has lots of options and the staff are amazing!

Sadly the balcony was a tad small for 2 people to sit out there comfortably. Only one chair in the room so only one person could sit on the balcony anyway.

The reception of the smart television was not very good. There was no control on people smoking at the pool area. No chair in the balcony

The hotel felt a bit run down, but having said that, they were busy doing renovations while we were there, so they were making improvements. Very busy area in Kuta.

Our room was comfortable and quiet (we were in the section that is further away from the swimming pool). Pretty gardens and nice swimming pool. The breakfast was good. Central location. Walking distance to beach, markets and restaurants.

On the second day of our stay they started doing renovations (scraping the paint of the walls and repainting them), this took the remained of our stay and was in the only exit from our room, which made it a pain leaving and returning to the room as well as trying to check out as the people doing the renovations weren't always there and left tarps on the stairs that we had to walk around while carrying our bags. These stairs were only access to two rooms so it would be nice if the rooms that are affected by these could be unoccupied when it was happening.

The breakfast buffer offer many different types of food and was all very good tasting. The pool was also big and in the sun most of the day. It is walking distance to malls, markets, the beach and the waterpark.

Good location, staff are lovely. It is in a busy area but you’d never know it. Some of the other guests were a bit loud at 1/2am etc but not the hotels fault some people are inconsiderate of others.

The lack of shade around the pool area and that the pool shut at 7pm

The food was good. Rooms clean and comfortable The room I had, the shower was small and water went everywhere.
