Loved the hotel for many years. Our villa was huge and our pool omg amazing. The staff would do everything to help make our stay lovely.

The villa needed an outdoor shower. The drain smell terrible when you have a shower.

Stunning property with exceptional space placed at our (family of four) disposal, from a villa with separate wings, private pool, room with pool table, brilliant location next to the beach, etc, etc. For the scale of it, wonderful VFM. And although the property as a whole is undergoing significant rennovations, we were harly aware of them, and certainly not disturbed. And really, really helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay excellent, from all-hours support to sourcing a game-changing guide/driver.

Teeny tiny details, like ensuring soap dispensers are filled, that windows are closed to keep bugs out. But really, not much at all!

As the hotel is being renovated, only the villas were open which meant it was peaceful as less people. Beautiful green surrounds and exceptionally clean. It’s older than some but this added to the charm. Just a thirty second walk to the beach but far enough away to not be disturbed by the chaos.

Hotel being renovated. Bit like a ghost town only a few rooms being rented out.

The location is fabulous. It’s right at the beach, though there’s no private beach.

Everything other than the location. The property’s been put up for sale for years, so that’s how it is. Ignored, non-functional. Sadly we found out only upon arrival. Only 15% of the property is functional with practically 3-4 employees. No service whatsoever. Instead of breakfast buffet, there’s a set menu of 3 options to choose from that offer ZERO. So a super bad start to the day 😄. There’s no restaurant so can’t order dinner or anything through room service . The water is salty and stinks whether in the baths or what’s served at breakfast.

The location to beach and to Ocean Grand and Moonlite. The mattress is comfortable.

1. No facilities. Kitchen closes at 3pm. Can't do room service. 2. The floor is dusty. Didn't clear the dropped flowers and leaves in the pool everyday. 3. Didn't replenish the drinking water in the living room. Didn't check fridge and replenish the drinks. 4. Building very run down. The towel is old and yellowish. 5. The buggy came from behind and asked us to give way but didn't offer to give us a ride to our villa. After passing by us, the driver offered a ride to a man in front of us. Huh? Seriously?

Most things I can think of were very pleasant

Location is FANTASTIC, beachfront with a short beachside walk to Legian or Petitenget. Our villa was very spacious and well appointed, the bed was very comfortable with good quality linen, our pool and the guest pools were very clean and well maintained. Like us, the room was showing it's age with some chips, dents and scratches but still very serviceable. With low guest numbers during current renovations the staff were more than keen to provide great service.

The villa was gorgeous, private pool.

Hotel not in use, only the villas are used, the back area where we were located close the the unused hotel was run down, pathways collapsed, not lit up, rubbish piles everywhere. That area should be fenced off as we thought this was the way to the office/pool/restaurant area, until we found alternative route. However when we told them we weren't happy with our room location, they were very accommodating, and we got moved closer to the front.

Lack of crockery and utensils in a villa that size dissapointing. Small tv. Foot paths in the resort its self need repair, tripping hazard

Loved the fact that you could just walk out to the beach straight into the sea. The breakfast was delicious although it was a choice of three set meals. I loved the Indonesia choice which I had every day.

The hotel is like it’s been abandoned as driving up seemed strange as no one around. Music from beach club starts at 10am and finishes at 10pm on the dot,a little loud but you get used to it.

Well it's deceiving, the resort needs renovation and it's underway I guess. The moment you walk in you notice the rundown condition of the resort from the pool to the reception. Well the villa was huge and clean , and the staff was nice. The villa comes with a garden and a small pool. Direct access to the beach with a perfect location. Breakfast was so and so. If you just stay in your villa it's a nice stay. Rest everything looks like the property was abandoned. I hope this beautiful property gets a good renovation.

Beautiful Balinese villas with private pools in attractive restful surroundings very close to beach and restaurants. We were grateful these were still available as the main hotel undergoes repairs… sad evidence of the damage of the Covid years. Breakfasts were always served with a beautiful selection of tropical fruit, by lovely staff.

The very large and beautiful pool and surrounds are managed by another company and the music starts loudly at 10am and bangs on until late at night.
