I wasn’t impressed by the food or drinks. Breakfast had an amazing variety, but sadly a lot of the things on offer were very bland. The variety and quality of the fruit for example was very disappointing. The noodles were the only good thing on offer. Twice we ate at the hotel, and on both occasions the food was over priced and bland. The fish at the fish restaurant was awful. I couldn’t eat the prawns either. The cocktails were always flat and served on plastic. Really disappointing. Other hotels nearby served much better food, and cheaper. On the last day at check out the also tried to charge us for a meal we didn’t have. Be careful and keep a record of what you order.

The pool and hotel facilities were wonderful, the staff very friendly. Beds very comfortable. Great location.

A La carte Italian restaurant needed a lot of work, their food was diabolical. Also the cleaners bless them sometimes were too quick and not paying enough attention to room cleaning.

Service and hospitality was next level. Never seen before.

The food options can be better, despite being five star the food could have been better in both the italian Cucina restaurant and the sea front restaurant. The food was very average. So I guess the food options outside the resort are much better value for money and tasteful. There was some wear and tear in the bathrooms as well for five star standards, but nothing to be alarmed about.

Nothing.. although for Bali, it’s pretty pricey. Meals, drinks and massages are very similar to Australian prices.

We love the Sofitel Nusa Dua, it’s our third stay in 2 years.

I liked everything.

The facilities were exceptional. The staff really makes the whole experience special. A special shout out to Sinta from Kweezeen.She provided exceptional service and ensured that I return to Kweezeen for dinner every night.

The rooms were a bit outdated , too much extra furniture in the room , like a big glass top table n chairs ….. cabinet space was not enough for two ppl .

They can have more options for vegetarian indian food. Menu is same if you want to eat in the hotel. Caters mostly to European or australian tourists.

It was the guest’s attitude who reserves a sunbed and leaves it. There wasnt sufficient amount of them and no one can do something such as taking off the towels and private items as mentioned on the boards (within 30 min). We ordered a la carte breakfast and unfortunaly we didnt like it.

The atmosphere, restaurants (for lunch and dinner), oceanside was beautiful. We did enjoy the spa on the coast. We came to Bali for my husband’s birthday and they did prepare the room with a sweet gesture.
