Nothing really but I would want to say that just be aware of the little uninvited guests due to the natural life.

The staff were exceptional they looked after my wife and I throughout our whole stay from the small things to the large things. Every single staff member was amazing and made us feel like family while staying with them. If we ever needed assistance or some information they would not hesitate to help and always went above and beyond.

Aircon was a bit strong - would have loved some ceiling fans for a more subtle cool

Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices each day. The pool was perfect, I was able to swim laps each day and the water was great temperature, not too cold as some reviewers are reporting. Room large, bed comfortable, very luxurious

Despite asking about step access to the pool before we arrived (as recovering from a broken leg) we were disappointed to not be able to use the pool as it had no steps or stairs which made it inaccessible. This was the main reason we booked this property.

Lovely staff, spacious villa. Breakfast daily delivered to you was a treat. Airport pick up was great too.

The onsite spa needs a bit renovation.

The staff were very friendly and do their up-most to make the guest experience enjoyable. The room was clean. Location wise, it was within walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and spas.

Amazing service - Javana team did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable! We had an amazing honeymoon! Right from the get go, every one of the staff (from security, reception, to room service) at Javana were exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Checking in was a breeze, and the staff was very clear and detailed in providing us with all the information we needed. It was raining 2 of the days when we returned to the villa, and the staff ensured to shelter us to/fro the buggy and dropped us off at the villa. Throughout the stay, the staff were extremely responsive whether through call or whatsapp, making the stay extremely convenient and comfortable. Room was very clean and comfortable as well. The location was great in terms of food and massage options, yet at the same time provided a quiet and relaxing environment to return to at the end of the day.

Absolutely nothing. We loved it.

This was one of the best Vila’s we had stayed in during our Bali stay. It was very close to the beach and they provided a daily shuttle too which was an amazing service. The villa itself was outstanding, the pool was big and very clean. The room was very big and had everything in it. They really had thought of everything and decorated the villa very nicely.

There are NO steps in or out of the pool, might be ok if you’re in your 20’s not in your late 60’s, it was almost impossible for us to get in and out. I told staff that we wouldn’t return for this reason, no point paying for a private pool when you struggle to use it !!

Nothing we didn't like, but only thing which could have been better is if the hotel was able to recommend more things in the vicinity for us to see/do, maybe have a list of good restaurants nearby that are tried and tested as it is hard to trust google for this

Great service, very friendly staff, extremely accommodating with their hospitality even when we missed the cleaning deadline or booked a cab very late, their cab driver Mr Putu was a great tour guide and took us around everday

This is just being picky, but the bathroom could do with a big more cleaning to get it to EU standards. There were a few tiles broken from the pool and the breakfast portions were (European) small.

The large private pool is great especially for kids. The room was spacius with plenty of room to have breakfast every morning. The bathroom is sperate and has the wardrobe close by. The staff was welcoming, kind and helpful. my wife enjoyed the full body massage
