It’s exactly like in the pictures, very cozy and in a calm area, a little bit distant of everything but that can be a pro if you’re looking for some relaxing time. Internet is good enough for remote working.

I would have to get very nitpicky to complain about anything. If you stay here they provide little grippy slippers to use on the tiled patio which gets very slippery in bare feet if at all wet. Crocs work too. You cannot really walk to anything from here, but it would not be pleasant walking on the roads in the fumes anyway. Just download the "Grab" app and you'll get picked up from here in about 3 minutes.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Sila Living in late February and it was so relaxing, clean, beautiful and welcoming. The staff helped us in many ways and were always lovely to interact with. The garden and infinity pool, the view from the very comfortable bed across the pool and garden into lush tropical forest, the detailing of the villa which was calming and simple and exuded quality. Food was delivered to the room on request and we ordered each night, trying the Balinese, Italian and hamburger offerings. All good, and no upset tummies!

We had an amazing stay at Sila Living Ubud. The room was clean and spacious. The owner and his team was friendly and very helpful. The location of the villa is a bit far from Ubud centre, but very close to Bali Zoo and other places that we were going for. Overall, we had a great time in a stunning location and we highly recommend this villa if you are visiting Bali.

Initially, the sound of roosters was quite inconvenient, but gradually you get so used to it that now it’s even missed. Regarding insects, it would be beneficial to provide insect repellents in the rooms.

Although the hotel is far from the cities, we were able to fully immerse ourselves in peace and tranquility. Also, having a private pool is a big plus—I swam every day to the point of getting sunburned. Moreover, this hotel won’t let you lose weight; instead, it will spoil you with delicious breakfasts. The owner is a very caring and kind person. He constantly helped us and looked after us—many thanks to him!

As a light sleeper, I could hear the roosters crowing at like 4am at times, but it's bearable.

The villa was clean and spacious. The staff and owner were very polite and helpful. We also ordered some food, and legit, that was the best pizza 🍕 😋 I've had! The location is a bit far from the centre but in a very calm area, which was the vibe we were going for. Breakfast choices were good. On the last day, we had an early check out, so we couldn't really have breakfast, so the owner kindly packed us some fruit boxes and water. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a quieter location.

The Sila Living Ubud hotel is extremely wonderful. Its geographical location is excellent. There are many restaurants nearby, which provides great convenience for dining. The boss and employees are extremely friendly and their service is impeccable. They make people feel the warmth of home. The hotel is amazingly clean. It is the cleanest hotel I have stayed in Bali. This undoubtedly greatly enhances the comfort of living. The private vila is also very satisfactory to me. It provides me with a quiet, comfortable and private space, allowing me to fully relax and rest during the journey. In general, the Sila Living Ubud hotel performs outstandingly in all aspects. Whether it is geographical location, service or room quality, it far exceeds my expectations. If I have the opportunity to go to Bali again, I will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation. I also strongly recommend it to other travelers. I believe they will also have a great time here.

Every single thing was so amazing during our stay at Sila Living. Sila and the staff were so helpful with anything we needed and made us feel so welcomed, we felt like we were at home and we didn’t want to leave!! The place was exceptionally cleaned, they cleaned for us at least two times a day and were so detailed. All of the amenities were brand new and there was nothing missing. Air conditioning worked perfectly and the bed was sooo comfortable. The private pool was the cherry on top! It was the perfect temperature and size for the two of us. I couldn’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a quiet getaway. It’s away from the main street so the only noises you hear are those of the jungle. If we make a return to Bali, this will be the first place on our list to visit again. It was such an incredible memory and special place for us and we thank you so much Sila for leaving a place in our heart on our honeymoon.

There was some construction nearby and I had to contend with power tools most of the day. There were roosters from 430am but I was prepared and bought earplugs. It’s Bali it was to be expected.

I wanted a private compound with my own pool and that’s exactly what I got. I ordered my food by WhatsApp and was undisturbed. Complete solitude!
