Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Little bits of attention to detail. The way the cleaning crew cleaned the rooms everyday and the fact that they put everything away so neatly. Fantastic breakfasts. Such friendly and helpful staff e.g. Fredy at the Social, the girls in the Italian restaurant, the front desk team that organised the birthday cake and surprise in our room. There was care in everything.
