Stairs were the biggest challenge especially if you book one of the villas.

Very good resort, clean and clam. Good spot to enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings with relaxing and fascinating views from the pool.

The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset — truly unforgettable moments. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay. I visited Bali to celebrate my birthday, and the team made it extra special by decorating my bed and surprising me with a birthday cake — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. The pool area was majestic, particularly the one near the river, where I could relax and connect with nature. My room was beautifully appointed, featuring both a shower and a bathtub, with an additional outdoor bath on the balcony — a lovely touch. Each morning, there was a generous breakfast spread to start the day right. An exceptional experience overall!

It was a huge property in the middle of green and lush surroundings. Gorgeous views. Awesome infinity pools. Gorgeous natural spring pool overlooking beautiful river. No buildings or roads. Very clean and sanctuary. Peaceful atmosphere. Best hotel I’ve ever been too. The scenery was beyond perfection

I would have liked some yoga or Pilates classes included in the price. The dinner menu and food wasn’t great. The price of alcohol was very expensive compared to other similar facilities.

Room was lovely and comfortable. I would have liked a small freezer in the fridge. Pool was great and not busy which suited me. Staff were very good and most accomodating. The spa facilities were good and the ladies very well trained

Food was quite good, but not level that I would have expected of a 5-star property. Plenty of effort and nicely presented, but lacking pizzaz. Breakfast was nice and a varied spread. Nothing really around the property other than local homes. Not a bad thing in all as the scenery from the hotel was amazing, but no where interesting to really walk around outside the property grounds.

Lovely, peaceful setting. Away from the hubbub of Ubud. Super friendly and helpful staff. Delightful pools (main and individual at villa). Large, well appointed and cared for villa rooms. Regular rooms very nice too.

Slightly further out from Ubud Central however still reachable if you are going out for dinner.

Nothing I disliked but to note is that the hotel is located away from Ubud Centre. Would also like if there were English movie channels available for the nights we stayed in.

Beautiful hotel, staff and facilities. We stayed in a deluxe king room with pool access. The room was modern and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods and everything we had was delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. Gym facilities were also great!

Honestly, nothing. I do love this hotel. The only thing that was very silly and made me geek crazy is that the balcony is the inky available place for smoking, and when I go to the balcony, its extremely humid outside and very sweating with a lot of insects wich is not comfortable.

I do like everything there. The staff was one of the most amazing things that happened to me and my wife in life. They were extremely cheerful, helpful, and professional. The room was awesome and facilities as well. The pool was good enough, not that super for swimming but good for chill and view. The breakfast varieties were exceptional. The restaurant and the staff there were very welcoming and you can see in their eyes all the love. Honestly, I have travelled a lot around the world, but I have never seen such beautiful people as these people in my life. There is a receptionist called "Mila". You will love everything happening in such a hotel once you meet this beautiful person, and her soul is exceptional. The massage there is exceptional and professional masseur their. I tried it, and it was boom, but it's expensive a little.

The resort is located in a remote location away from the Ubud city centre

Loved the hospitality, the room, the infinity pool and especially the food at Mulberry Place! Their buttermilk fried chicken and chicken teriyaki were really amazing! SereS really exceeded our expectations!
