We loved everything! The room was big and clean, also the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect location on the west side of the island, ideal for exploring and enjoying the sunsets. The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming.

This is a great spot to relax and enjoy Gili T from. The team are very helpful and trustworthy, and make it a private haven for your stay. The location is great away from the busy centre of town, but still close enough to what you need, including good food and drink, and the opportunity to start and end the day with both breakfast and sunset on the beach. It’s also zero hassle to rent a bike from the staff here to get around the island quickly. I’d gladly return for another stay. also, I am certain that the issues around a few negative reviews earlier this year have been resolved - I have no complaints at all.

The bathroom is open therefore there were a lot of mosquitos, some roaches and spiders on top of the walls. We have some rains so we had some leaks, nothing serious but nobody wants them anyway.

Staff is super friendly, we were ordering and they brought it to the room, we rent bikes at the hotel.

The pool is a small and not very inviting, but we really didn't have the time to go in the pool anyway.

The place is small and quiet with comfortable beds. Slept extremely well there that we extended our stay one more night. The manager, Danar was exceptionally helpful with excellent suggestions for example for the best place to get a massage (Desa Spa) and arranged all the booking and transportation for us. He was always attentive and responded to all our requests immediately. Thank you Danar!

We book the snorkelling tour through the hotel and there were multiple misunderstandings due to language barriers for eg price, duration etc. Cross check always the confirmations you are given, better have it in writing.

Not much to dislike, but this is not a villa as the name suggests :) Its a wooden cottage style hotel with individual rooms. Small property, but proximity to the sunset beach and neighbouring area are great

About 100 meters from the beach, great food and drinks options at the hotel and all around. Very helpful staff that try to take of guest needs.

Well, where do I begin. The place is fine, but it's really nothing that special or worth the 4-star rating, as it may be understood in the West. It's quite basic, actually, and nothing you cannot find in a lot of 2-star hotels at half the price. Yes, the room is large enough, it has an AC, it has an open air shower, probably to fight with the constant humidity and mold, and the swimming pool is ok. However, this place doesn't seem to be managed by anyone, there are a couple of youngsters doing random chores, but there's no room service, they don't even clean the ashtrays that are left outside, after a couple of days you may swim in empty water bottles and trash, no one will pick it up, you'll have to tell them, and that's quite a turn-off, I mean it's really a basic thing. The breakfast is quite poor and half of the time they didn't have the items we wanted. We ended up going to other places. I would not stay here again, nor would I return to the Gili Islands, I didn't feel them at all, they're so different from Bali, the people and everything, so I'd rather skip.

The room is ok, has everything you need, including an AC that is a must. The pool is ok also, and there are great views of the sunset on the nearby beach.

The property had a great location! It was in the sunset area so the sunset was amazing. The business was also family-driven which means the staff were super sweet and always there for you. The pizzeria from the hotel was also great!

Bed was quite firm - personal taste and if on bottom floor of wooden hut you can hear noise upstairs sometimes.

Beachfront, quiet location away from hustle and bustle of bars & noise, 5 minute cycle ride - you can hire for cheap price through hotel. Staff were helpful and great wood-fired pizzas!

The pool area is not very inviting - I was kind of jealous of the hotels near by that had very nice looking pools to hang out in inbetween activities. The outdoor bathroom is nice, but an issue when it rains (the toilet should be covered).

The rooms are very nice. We had an upstairs room which was huge! The staff is also very friendly and always willing to help. The location is good - it’s not in the center but a 15 min bike ride away and it has many options for restaurants very close by.

Breakfast service was very slow. We did not have any sort of housekeeping during our 4 night stay, which wasn't too much of a problem, apart from the floors could have done with a sweep due to having an outside bathroom so naturally bringing in small amounts of dirt. Location is nice, but 30 minute walk from the lively part of Gili T, restaurant choices and mart shops are limited on this side of the island.

Very large rooms. Had all facilities as advertised. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was nice, could have on the beach. Refillable bottled water at reception which was very good. Located right on the beach, plenty of places to sit always available. Located on the quieter side of the island, only a handful of restaurants over this side of the island.
