The hotel was okay, but I feel that for a 4-star hotel, it should have better facilities and service. You could hear everything from the room—whether it was 2 p.m. or 3 a.m., staff were walking by with walkie-talkies and it was all very loud. It was really hard for us to fall asleep. Also, the worst part of the hotel was that smoking was allowed in the restaurant and by the pool. It was unbearable to go downstairs at night because of the strong smell of tobacco. They should definitely ban smoking there. I’m asthmatic and it was suffocating. Overall, I wouldn’t give it more than 3 stars. It was clean and the staff were very friendly, but there are things that really need improvement. Also, even though breakfast was buffet-style, it was mostly noodles, rice, and Balinese food.

Too much noise,were bus loads of school kids that were very rowdy. Hotel staff did not make an effort to apprehend them. Not a good place if you looking to chill in a peaceful environment The breakfast not appetizing.

The Internet was very poor , paid for pool side access and pretty much every day people were using my allocated space which I paid for , the food was poor in my opinion.

The hotel needs renovations, as the walls are showing cracks. It's dusty here and there. The bathroom was alright, for a 2 night stay. The gym is not really a gym, because there were no weights. There was only bike and a treadmill. It seemed that the staff didn't really care about there clients.

It was okay for 2 night stay, just a quick stop until we went to our next stay. The bed was spacious!

It could get loud in the mornings about 4 am but I bought a fan and earplugs so wasn’t a problem. Party goers coming home, but I could have contacted reception and security would come and check the hall ways

Location was great - it was near my dentist so that was why I stayed here. Great cafe next door called Crypto Cafe and further down was a place called Ice Rainbow both really great food. Shop quite near for all the things you need. I stayed on my own and felt safe all the time. Great pool.

The room smelled a little damp, probably due to no windows. Also lacking in basic amenities like tea/coffee, kettle, iron, etc. We did get a cheap room, so maybe in more expensive rooms these are provided, but you’d expect basics like these to be provided in all rooms

The corridor floor marble was broken and there would be crack sound every time you walk Bathroom was really disappointing with rusted tap and not functioning There were ants and flies in the room and room didn’t have great odors

No friendly staff ,room was the wrong one? People at night at swimming pool and shouting  at 4hoo am and 2hoo am and when you eat the breakfast, it’s always the same chicken and the other food they never refill you can ask them. They just look at you and never do it.

The wooden floor around the pool was extremely unsafe. Mostly rotten, very slippy, lots of holes in it. With only 4 sunbeds there was no where to sit around the pool. The hotel is huge so I don’t under why there is only 4 beds out. Gym is three cardio machines, no weights, air con didn’t work.

Stayed here for the afternoon as a quick stop as we had a late night flight - easy to find the hotel and 20 min car ride away from main beaches in Seminyak. Good location if you want to be near to the airport.
