The bathroom was under stocked with the basic - shampoo/conditioner and a couple of the light fittings a little faulty. The breakfast was also a little underwhelming. We still had coffee and fresh fruit each morning and ventured out for breakfast usually!

We loved the location, and the size of the resort. It was boutique small and set back off the street! The gardens were beautiful! Staff were so lovely and super attentive!

Our TV wasn’t able to connect to any internet as staff said it was ‘old’ so we could not use any of the apps to watch TV in the evenings.

We stayed here once previously and enjoyed our stay so decided to come back again. Was lovely again, staff are wonderful.

we were too old to be in the honeymoon suite opposite the swim up bar the music was loud from 10am -6pm. I found it really hard to get in and out of the pool.

First time in Bali. Felt comfortable, safe and welcomed. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Had massage from Dita and pedicure, excellent services all round. Breakfast was part of our package. Nice food at hotel restaurant, good range of options. Lovely coffee! Pool bar, again beautiful. Great service. Pool clean and good size. Laundry service was great too. Room was good size, and clean, large comfortable bed. Highlight.. Our driver from Sense, MADI. He was amazing, knew all the places to go, shared history and had great conversations in English. Safe driver, felt very comfortable and at ease with travelling in vehicle with him. From arriving to leaving, best first experience I could have asked for. Sounds too good to be true? Honest review!

Lovely hotel and gardens. The pool was huge and located right outside our room, which was awesome. Staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to assist us in any way. Walking distance to Echo Beach.The room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and felt very luxe. Awesome breakfast!

suggest starting music later on by the pool ( after 12 midday ) and also playing more relaxing music like chilled house, cafe del mar, rufus du Sol. Then after 4pm start cranking it up to more party sounds!

Everything you need in a base to explore the area. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff smiling all the time ( special mention to eggy, wanwan for the cocktail making ) & super helpful with any requests.

The location isn’t incredible but isn’t awful. It’s near the beach front bars on echo beach but not very close to the main bit of Canggu

Our room (double bed with pool view) had a glass locked door which we later on found out that it was a separation to the penthouse room. So whenever our neighbours entered their room we heard everything as if they enter our room and it woke up us in the late night. This was the worst part about our room. The minibar made very loud noise, the shower drain was clogged and the food in the restaurant was average.

Best part about the hotel was the super friendly staff. It’s a bit outside of the busy side of Canggu, which makes it a bit more quiet. The bed was comfortable. If you want to stay for short time, then it’s a good choice.

There wasn't many vegan options on the menu which meant we ordered food from other places a lot. Otherwise we couldn't fault it

We LOVED this hotel. We stayed in a room with Lagoon Access which was awesome! The view of the pool was so beautiful. The rooms were HUGE and so clean. The shower was hot with great water pressure. The bed was massive and soooo comfortable. I came down with flu like illness so spent a lot of time in the hotel room and it was honestly the best place to get sick. Location is great, only a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

While we had a lovely stay at this hotel, My friend and I both got sick from dinners we ate down at the restaurant on two different nights.

We were down in a room near the river and our room had the sewerage pits in front of the balcony and the smell wasn't very nice and it was in the room especially when toilets were being used the did have a room deodoriser so that helped a bit

I got disappointed with the music starting on as early as 9:30am sometimes when all I wanted was to quiet read by the beach. Sometimes the music was chill but sometimes a bit annoying.

The swimming pool right outside the room and great location to do everything by walk (10 minutes walk away from the beach, cute little cafes or pilates studio)

The bath towels could do with an upgrade.

The location was perfect. Within walking distance to our favourite restaurants, the beach & cafes for coffee. We especially loved the new upbeat vibe and feeling of the place. Wayan & Sinitya brought fun & friendly atmosphere and made our stay so memorable. We will return and hope to see them again.

If you want to relax this likely isn’t the hotel for you. There is often loud music at the pool bar which is meant to close at 6pm but they were still shaking cocktails at 10.30pm Wednesday night and we had to repeatedly ask for them to turn the music down so that we could try to sleep. They do have a DJ by the pool 2pm-5pm Wednesday and Saturdays and acoustic night and karaoke on Friday nights 7-10pm, so it stays noisy if other guests keep the party going. More vegan options in the restaurant would be great. The sculptures above the bed haven’t been dusted for a long time and the aircon unit had black mould around it. Could do with some more chairs by the pool ☺️

The hotel had scooters you could hire direct which was much better than waiting for one to be delivered, and reasonable prices too. The spa was great, I had an excellent pedicure and massage. Really lovely service. Great having a 24/hr reception. Great laundry service ☺️

First night there were people drinking and shouting at the swimming pool until late. It took 2 calls to the reception to calm them down, which they eventually did.

Very close to the beach, I avoid driving scooters so I could just walk down and do my surfing. Staff were great as well, actually concerned about our satisfaction. There was some light entering the room at night and they improvised a blackout cover as soon as we asked them, which is amazing service.
