At the morning it was a bit noisy :/

Very friendly owner

The mom and dad are very friendly; The breakfast is delicious; The price is very cheap; The location is in the center, Ubud art market. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.

I have booked 7nights for this homestay, no one cleaned the room ever. Only a bed, bathroom available; No hot water;

Good location, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice.

The people also living at or near the hotel startet takling very early, small children crying and noicy scooters just outside the room in the early morning hours made it very hard to get more sleep. The staff was sometimes hard to find.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was really nice and always served with a smile. The family are all really lovely and welcoming. Perfect location as it’s tucked away from the main streets however these are only a short walk away.

While they didn’t bother us at all, if you’re light sleeper the kids might wake you up in the morning. You definitely can hear them playing outside but this didn’t bother us at all. Maybe there coukd be a bin in the bathroom?? But other than that everything was perfect 👍🏼

Clean and comfortable stay at the Hotel. The hotel host also provided mobile phone charger adapter. Friendly staff. They also provide day tour service at an additional cost.

Had to skip breakfast for a few days due to delay. Got breakfast for 1 day and it was good. There were mosquitoes. The hotel hosts were nice. They gave mosquito repellant spray. Noisy surroundings due to some construction work.

The noise at the morning

Kid will wake you up at 6 am

The location was excellent, in the center of Ubud but at the same time, apart of the noisy streets and the crowds. And the place was beautiful, in a little house in the middle of a very little street. The locals were so kind and nice. I arrived later than expected to do the check in (almost 1am), and I was lost without finding the place. I had to wake people up, but they helped me to find the place without any excuse.

The children in the early morning were a bit noisy, but it was not that bad, just they woke me up everyday. So in the moment it was annoying, but at the end of the day, the fact of waking me up made me start the day early to start doing tourism.

The breakfast was great and the people who run the place seemed very sweet and caring. I felt very safe here. The location is prefect.

the facilities were very basic

great location, super cute owners, fan works great and didn't had trouble sleeping at all. Bed was nice and clean bedsheets where provided. If you want to stay inside and relax during the day maybe this isn't a great idea because it's really hot, you could chill at the balcony though.

not that clean, but for the price location was amazing and owners really helpful and nice breakfast is also provided. Stayed only for a night. The tap used to work when I arrived and the night when I tried to brush my teeth it didn't seem to work at all, shower, too. I did have a shower and after some time I went to wash my hands there and no water was pouring at all. I don't know if it's the property's issue or something else.

The place is very central, the family is welcoming!

There was a reconstruction near by so it was not very quit.

No sense of cleanness. Used and unwashed sheets from other guests. We asked for breakfast at a specific time and they didn t respect it. Really disappointing

The staff were very kind and the property was clean,breakfast was also good and switched between an egg sandwich with fruits or banana pancakes with fruit there is also a thermos with hot water given in the morning so you can have tea and coffee all day.

The kids are really loud in the morning, and you can hear them screaming.

It's a beautiful family house, everyone is polite. As it is a house with a family with kids, of course, is not very silent, really the kids are very nice, but if you don't like children, or you don't want to listen early how they speak, this is not your place, but, if you want to feel like home, with a nice breakfast, (the pancake is supreme!!), with a hard working family, having there your own driver that can take you to the very nice places in Ubud, so definitily this is your place. The room is comfortable, you don't have air conditioner, but for me with the fan was ok. The place is close the Palace, and inside a market.

May be it would be nice to have a floor dryer in the bath, because I can see in many parts in Indonesia there is no wall, no courtains around the shower, but it's not so important, you can keep the place clean !!!
