The location is perfect, very close to the center of Ubud and everything is within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Food was very expensive in hotel. Treatments were also very expensive. Location was a 25 minute walk to main strip in Ubud.

We did not have a balcony or at least a window that could open.

While it was not as rich in European style breakfast food as the European hotels, the breakfast was diverse enough. The staff were very kind and were always asking if we wanted them to prepare something extra for us. We were really impressed by their kindness and their desire to make us feel more than welcome. We really liked having the breakfast in their nice, small restaurant with a view to the outside pool area. The coffee prepared by the staff was excellent. They always wanted to refill our coffee cups with delicious espresso coffee or Balinese coffee. The area is very good, extremely safe, as everywhere else in Bali. Lots of local Warung around with good and cheap local food.

The toilet/bathroom is a glass-walled room which has a shower screen that can be pulled to give privacy. Also, the shower is not enclosed so when you shower the floor and toilet get soaked. Very bad design and would not stay again because of this.

Location was great. Staff very helpful and overall the room was comfortable, big enough and clean.

Few minor things- The bathroom was a glass box with this awful shower curtain that you had to pull round for privacy. Because it served as a shower curtain it meant the whole bathroom smelled damp and foisty/unclean which wasn’t nice. Also the tea and coffee making facilities were pretty poor. The coffee machine didn’t work well and the set up was cumbersome.

Good location in Ubud- near all the local tourist hotspots - by walking or short Grab trip. Hotel was very well presented and clean and the room was clean and tidy and the bed very comfortable.

Nice hotel but we experienced a few problems. Check in very slow and then the room key didn’t work and someone had to come fix the door. A minor irritation but ok. However room was on ground floor but felt more like a basement and very dark. Plus it had a full glass bathroom which needed a privacy curtain which was annoying. When room was cleaned they forgot to replace towels which needed a couple of requests to get replacements. They allow smoking by the pool which makes the downstairs a little smokey. We also found the towels to be a little smokey.

Was put in an interconnecting room, I was travelling alone. Unfortunately there was a family in the room bedside me, the noise coming from their room was very loud. I contacted reception and asked to be moved, ‘Missy’ the receptionist was very helpful and understanding I was put in another room which wasn’t interconnecting and seemed to be in a quieter area of the property. Room location was much better.

Proximity to everything downtown. Clean, spacious and very quiet which surprised us as other reviews said it was noisy and we were facing the main thoroughfare with no issues Restuarant on site was quiet and meals quite good. Happy hr 2 : 1 offer 4-7pm

I can't think of any

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was given a room where it smelt of cigarettes, I told the front desk manager and he immediately changed my room. Big shoutout to Wayan. He is very helpful and polite. If you have an early morning tour, the hotel will provide an early morning breakfast package. The location is great! Only short walk to Ubud city centre.

Hotel room interior needs an uplift.

Walkable distance to many places and shops. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety.

The staff are friendly & helpful. The pool area is small with only 4 day beds. The gym is also small. More than 2 people is a stretch. Thankfully most days neither were too busy but in peak times I imagine this is a problem. I thought the curtains in the bathroom were annoying. The room would be better utilised with opaque glass covers. Or better yet make it a proper bathroom with walls.

The bathroom door was a sliding door that got stuck and took me 10 minutes to get it free again. The chaulking in the bathroom shower needs to be redone, it is old discolored and cracked. Walk from lobby to room was not well lit at night.

Short 10 minute walk walk to Patong Street Beach and 7 minute walk to Bangla Road. It is on a side street, so it is quieter than other hotels in the area. The pool area was very nice. The hotel seemed like it was the safest one near Bangla road. The hotel had a very relaxing vibe which was a nice escape from the busy and bustling streets near Bangla road. Safety deposit box in room. Nice balcony with great view of green Courtyard amd pool area. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Hotel staff was nice. They provide free bottled water in the room.
