There was no swim up bar at the pool, but that is also good because kids could play freely.

The rooms were large and comfortable. Each has a balcony. I had one that overlooked the square, and when the band played it was fantastic. The pool was a good temperature. Close to everything, food, bars, massage, shops, markets. Not far from the beach either.

The villa is next to a paddle tennis club - quite noisy at night until 9pm. Could do with an upgrade of the locks instead of padlocks. T

Beautiful garden, clean room. Was comfortable. The villa doors lock by turning the key multiple times - was tricky to figure out, but once I did I felt secure. Daily housekeeping was great - they even organised my toiletries in the bathroom Good value breakfast Included use of the rooftop pool - good for early morning when the sun doesn’t quite reach the villa pool

Not their fault but the water tasted funny and that's just to wash up not to drink. The plumbing want the best die to the busy lclocation compared to other areas.

The room is pleasantly surprising, the location was the best in seminyak square. Staff were really good and helpful. We saved on the stay and travel. Excellent value for money. You get to see live music from the cafe downstairs and all the noise ends around 9pm. Honestly really pleasant room and location.

The bathrooms smelled bad, but that must've been the drains. Everything was very clean

We rented one of the villas and it was great. Nice large pool and sitting area. Also very large rooms, with great beds including mosquito nets (very useful in mosquito ridden Seminyak)

Lobby and restaurant need to be upgraded as it's run down. I got the room next to the reception so noisy on first nights I was constantly woken up at 7.30 am...

Super clean rooms, they had a pool on the rooftop that many didn't use. Amazing central location can walk everywhere for food and shopping. Just eat outside instead of the hotel restaurant, you have such good options!

They were entering our room to clean it without our consent. Which we don’t find it comfortable.

Good location. Very accessible to bars and restaurants. Plus shopping stores are available within the square. You can arrange day tours or motorbike rental with them as well.

Not enough hangers. No smaller towels for drying hair. No Iron/ iron board (but I think can be requested). The wood flooring makes noise when walking in the room.

Love where the hotel is located. Easy access to everything in Seminyak area and walking distance to Seminyak Village, Seminyak Beach, Lafavela and everything else!!!!

The mozzies in our outdoor area made it difficult to sit outside in the evening. Complimentary mosquito coils would have been amazing.

The location was perfect, we did not need to taxi anywhere. The square is right in the heart of Seminyak, in all the hustle and bustle but the villa was so peaceful. The breakfast was yummy and we walked to get coffee each morning prior to breakfast. Staff were very friendly and the place was clean.

- Sometimes the hot water is a bit hit miss - The street noise can be a bit much (especially when the karaoke bar gets going downstairs)

- Central Location is perfect with eat street right at your doorstep. - We have stayed here multiple times mostly because of the apartment/ room sizes which are generous if you get the 2 Room apartments.
