The host was super nice

Nice staff and good hostel and we did the bromo trip 3 days 2 nights with them. Small group, was amazing.

The hostel was lovely! The vibe was cozy and calm we also booked the 3D2N tour with them and it was great!

The hostel was super clean, and the staff were also very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, overall the place was nice.

There were mosquitoes during the nights, so it's better to prepare mosquito repellent lotion for your stay here.

Excellent place to stay for a Bromo tour - the owner/staff are very very nice and friendly and will honeslty guide you with anything you need/want to do in Malang.

Beautiful interior with gorgeous furniture and paintings. There are two common seating areas, I really liked the dining area that has natural light and lots of plants. Slept really well there, there are both Indonesian and international travellers. There is a place to dry your clothes outside. The location is really central with a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. It's right next to Ijen Boulevard, nice to go and meet the locals on Sunday. However, my favourite thing about this hostel is Mr. Ecko. Helpful, friendly, great sense of humour and can tell you lots about Malang.

The hostel is really nice. Curtains, bedlight and socket for every bed in the dorm. Facilities are clean. They can organize tours for you. And the owner is really nice and helpful.

The bunk was very cozy and provided a lot of privacy thanks to the curtain. Showers were great and the kitchen area was beautiful and very relaxing. The staff were amazing; very helpful and really lovely!

This is one of the best hostels I've been to in Indonesia. The place is clean, with hot showers, comfortable common spaces, and is at a walking distance from the train station. No mosques and no roosters around, which is clearly a major plus.

The dormitory can sometimes be a bit noisy because people have to get up early to go on some tours, but this is nothing compared to how annoying a mosque or rooster can be...

The position was good! Got nice tips about what to see in Malang!

The mix shared room is really crowded and there is no space for the backpacks, they were all around on the floor!

Very friendly staff, clean hostel, they have everything you need. The best thing is that you can book a tour to Tumpak Sewu, Bromo and Ijen there. The tour was an amazing experience, it was much cheaper than other similar tours and our driver a great guy - he made sure we had everything we needed and was always ready to help.

Everything was absolutely perfect and the staff was so helpful! They have a washing machine as well so you can wash your clothes.

It's not a very social hostel. But I think its like that everywhere in Malang because people just come for the waterfall and mount bromo and go to Bali / Jogja.

Excellent stay. Echo and his family were super welcoming and gave many recommendations on the area. Also booked the Bromo tour through them, it was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here and I would love to come back someday!

Fantastic place! Beautiful atmosphere. Comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. Really lovely common areas with lots of space! Toilets were the cleanest toilets I’ve ever seen - spotless! Staff are so hardworking, always cleaning and very very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay to organize Bromo tours.

Property was very clean and staff were lovely and happy to help. Social spaces were very nicely decorated.

No fault of the hostel but worth noting that most people staying in the hostel are booked onto tours leaving at various times throughout the night, which can be noisy throughout the night which is fine as long as you are expecting it.

Great place to go to Bromo

Beautiful plants. Super lovely staff. Attracted other amazing travellers. Amazinnggg tour, organised super easily through the staff! Kitchen facilities and comfy beds. Very close access to food and city attractions!

Not a big thing but be aware they don’t provide towels, you can rent them though
