Had a pleasant stay, the staff were very friendly, the studio room I had was huge. The air-con was lovely and cold, and the water pressure for showering was good too. No complaints, and I look forward to a return visit.

Everything was alright.

The room was spacious, even equipped with facilities to cook if you feel like it. Everything was clean, and the pool is a real bonus on those hot Balinese days. It’s right across from the new shopping mall, just steps away from the new seaside promenade, with plenty of dining options nearby. Definitely recommend it.

The pool has no umbrellas so from about 11:45am it’s really hot on the sun beds and unable to use until the sun passes which is yell at around 3pm.

The double room was comfy, but the twin room where my daughters stayed was not. One the the bed was very squeaky , she couldnt sleep in the first night. Wifi was not that strong.

Location is great, cross the road from Icon malls - located in a quiet side road. It has good selection of breakfast. Room is clean, bathroom is clean.

The pool area has no umbrellas- so gets hot in the sun from about 11:30am with no shade.

Close walking to markets, shops, beach, breakfast included, water in room and coffee in room.

I was traveling alone with a small suitcase but if you were in a couple traveling with a couple of large suitcases, the room I was in might feel a little tight. However, if you were staying longer and had time to unpack, they did have an armoire in the room which would be helpful.

I stayed here for my last night in Bali. Location is great for accessing the beach, last minute shopping, and good food, and it's a quick jaunt to the airport. The breakfast was really nice and I like the set up around the pool with the plants and the sound of the water. I think it's good value for a great price.

Swimming pool and breakfast were great! We had the studio on the second floor. It was spacious, very good airco and nice bathroom, with kitchen and refrigerator. Very good location! Right in front of the big mall, ATM, … and in 5 min you are on the beach. We had a late pick up from airport, Oka picked us up and made sure we got safe home. After my husband lost something at the airport, they drove back with us the next day and helped out. My son was sick and during the night they helped out with new linnen. Although not everyone speaks well English, staff does their best to accomodate. We recommend this place!!

In the room I had stayed at, the bed was a little squeaky. And the pool was a little bit underwhelming.

Great location, only about a 4 minute walk from room to Icon Mall. Wonderful customer service, always welcoming. Other guests were also quite nice, and house keeping was done well. Also many food locations within walking distance with both Western and Indonesian cuisine.

Breakfast could of had a little bit more variety that just different ways to have eggs.

The room was spacious and clean. Very close to the icon shopping centre which was handy and also the path for a nice long beachwalk. Bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Sanur is not as busy as other parts of Bali, great spot to stay. I would definayely stay here again..

I had a standard room (not a suite). Room a bit dark and could do with some minor updates (eg. painting/replacement of wallpaper).

A great location with lots of good eating options nearby and an authorised money changer a few doors down. Room Cleaned daily, good WiFi, comfortable bed, nice pool. Fridge in room and bottled water on arrival, are a plus. TV worked well. Friendly staff. A good priced basic hotel.
