Although the property isn't brand new and the rooms need some renovation, our stay was pleasant. The location is also perfect, if you want to enjoy the beach (just in front of you) or go for a dinner in the most popular streets, just by few minutes of walking. The staff takes great care of the gardens, the beautiful pool, and the common areas. The rooms are cleaned daily and are quite comfortable and quiet. The restaurant, overlooking the seafront, offers a good breakfast, though not really varied. All the staff are friendly and available for any requests (arranging transfers, scooter rentals, excursions, etc.). Segara Anak Hotel is definitively a good choice in Kuta Lombok.

Perfect location, very centrally situated but just outside the tourist area. Helpful staff! We arrived late from the airport and with one phonecall they kept the kitchen open to provide a lively meal.

I do not recommend getting the manicure/pedicure, the lady was very annoyed and she cut off all my nails.. also really really short so it’s hurting a lot.. however, the balinese massage and scrub my fiancé got was amazing! Also, the hotel right across the beach but at this beach there are many not so nice streetsellers, but the accommodation helped us with a very nice taxi and brought us to other lovely beaches!

The staff is amazing and so friendly and helpful! They really ensured we had an amazing time and gave us good advice also. The pool is very lovely and so are the rooms, which are very clean!

The place was small and a bit old. The towels were not that clean and appeared to be old also. It was all a bit average and didn't really match the photos.

The swimming pool was excellent. The breakfast was okay but only a choice of nasi goreng or omelet with toast. Locations was convenient and quiet.

The towels are very greyish and hard. No pool towels either .

Loved the staff here and the lovely garden setting of the older style bungalow local hotel. The room was spacious and bed comfy. Pool fantastically clean and v refreshing after a day of adventures. Great location right on the beach for watching all the local activities.
