The showers need to be wall mounted or provide a shower curtain. Restaurant has so much potential however will need to increase it's hours to include dinner and offer a greater variety of drinks, cocktails would be even better!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Air conditioning in both rooms that was nice and cool. Large fridge is an asset. Best feature was that there is a washing machine. Location is fantastic 👌 Will be back next year.

The Cafe and bar close at 5pm. Would be nice if one could get a poolside cocktail in the evening, but maybe nobody would use it much.

Our beautiful clean rooms had everything we needed for the perfect stay. Kitchen, washing machine, balcony, huge bedroom and lounge room, bath tub, hot and cold filtered water on tap. The staff were absolutely exceptional especially Sandii who had the biggest smile and lovely calm and helpful way. The reception staff were super helpful with our early bag drop off, the pool was divine and the resort is central to everything. Close to the beach, restaurants and warungs and yet quiet and peaceful off the main street. Can’t recommend enough

There wasn't much we didn't like about Sayang Sanur, it was perfect for out 10 day stay. The only recommendations I would put forward would be to have cushions on the pool side loungers, and for cafe staff to maybe go around to guests sitting at the pool and ask if they would like any food or drinks, every now and again. I think you would get a bit more business that way. But it's also easy enough to ask at the cafe for any food or drinks to have at the pool. A more powerful hairdryer in the apartment would be awesome and perhaps tea and coffee supplied for a day or two.

This is affordable accommodation in a great location of Sanur. It is set back off the main street and was very peaceful during the day, and night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We liked that there was a washing machine in the Terrace House Apartment, and the apartment was very spacious. Th location was excellent because we could walk out the driveway and be in the middle of restaurants, cafes, shops and massage spas. It was only 10min walk to the beach, or to Icon Bali Mall. There is an on-site cafe so you can dine there for breakfast, lunch, sacks or drinks by the pool.

We spent two nights at Sayang Sanur and really enjoyed our stay. The property is set back from the main road, so it’s pleasantly quiet. The beach and a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and shops are all within walking distance. The apartments are spacious and equipped with everything you might need. The pool and garden are very well maintained and perfect for relaxing. Depending on traffic, the airport is about 30 to 60 minutes away. You could easily stay here for a longer period if you're looking for a peaceful base. We would definitely come back.

We started in the room we booked. Although nice the curtains were quite sheer making the room very light all night. We did complain and got upgraded to a much nicer room with blockout curtains. I would suggest block out curtains for all rooms.

The staff very friendly. Rooms clean and spacious. When we had a complaint, the manager upgraded us.

Pool is usually crystal clear, and you can see to the bottom, but this trip it was a murky green, and you couldn't see through it. I advised the staff, and they said it would be checked, but unfortunately, we didn't get the chance to swim as it didn't clear within the 3 days we were booked into the hotel

The property was situated down a lane way so had no road noise and was lovely and quiet. We stayed in a ground floor terrace and it had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and roomy and we loved that it had a washing machine to do our washing. The pool was beautiful, clean and huge. The staff were a standout at this property, so friendly. The restaurant on site was great for breakfast and not that we used it but they also provided room service

Acess to room was STEPPING STONES OVER A FISH POND, whilst serene it was a bit dangerous in the rain or if carrying bags in and out if your older or a bit unstable on your legs. Also the pavers in the driveway back to the road were a bit unstable and 2 people had falls whilst we were there.

We would highly recommend staying at Sayang Sanur. We stayed in a one bedroom which provided ample space and included a full size fridge (bonus for keeping the beers cold) and full cooktop and microwave oven (which we did not use). The location is 10/10 and if you needed anything the staff were very prompt in providing whatever was needed. We will definitely be back.
