Pool bar needs a better vibe and service, it was very slow. Bathroom didn't have a great smell. If you are not fit don't end up on the 3rd floor! We were in 107 disappointing view looking at a roof.

The room we stayed in had mould throughout it and the balcony doors didn't close fully so we were always worried about the mozzies

The location was fantastic and most the staff were friendly. The breakfast wasn't huge but it hit the spot. The pool and bar were great.

The only thing we did not like was the fumigation of the gardens on Fridays. There is a sign at the entrance saying to cover all your belongings as there will be fumigation against mosquitoes between 6 and 7pm , which is fine as nobody likes mosquitoes but both Fridays they started at 5pm without warning, with people still at the pool, they start this machine that smoked out the entire garden and buildings was a big shock to us and the people at the pool. Every day we got clean bedding, but most of the time the sheets were stained. Not a big deal, but definitely something that could be improved.

Great hidden piece of paradise in busy Kuta, we stayed here 30 years ago as well, it was so good to be back, but the traffic in Bali got so much busier. Breakfast was so much better than 30 years ago. And great restaurants al walking distance.

No happy hour at pool. Not many seats at the pool bar, toilets at the restaurant area are very average, taps broken.

Getting a bit rundown , invest in some new towels! Breakfast a bit boring and monotonous, cater a bit more to 90% of your clientele that are western.

We were located in the new building rooms where great, but the pool for the new building was very difficult for older or injured to get in and out of. Only a ladder no steps to use in or out. The deeper end is way too deep for anyone we saw to even touch bottom and there are no signs on either end of the pool to state depth. Shallow end looks a lot deeper than it is. No safety equipment around that pool at all. The main pool whilst big, is also way too deep for anyone to stand in which makes it very difficult.

Our room was way out the back which felt like it wasn't really a part of the establishment, if we'd been staying longer I would have been a bit disappointed at this but it was fine for 1 night.

We just had one stop over night so the location was perfect to enjoy a Kuta Beach sunset. We left too early to try the breakfast unfortunalety.

Great swimming pool and surrounds. Our room was lovely with a patio in front and private patio at the back. Best shower we had in all 11 hotels we stayed in while in Bali Buffet breakfast was really good. Great selection of foods and plenty of it.

Our stay here was lovely, excellent location and staff are brilliant. Handy having a money changer right at the entrance. Gardens are gorgeous with a feel of the old bali If you have mobility issues ask for a ground floor room, as there's lots of stairs which are the only access. No rail at one end of pool

Make it a no smoking venue. We got our room changed because the room next to us had smokers

Bathroom was bit small , commode was old . Out of 3 , two rooms were allotted in 2 nd floor with no lift facility , steps were stiff and tiring.

Limited choices but manageable. Staffs were ready to assist with a smiling face.
